The syllabus for Delhi CET 2024 will be available on the official website of DTTE, Delhi in PDF format. The Delhi CET syllabus 2024 is based on the CBSE Syllabus of Classes 9 & 10 so, the candidates should study for the exam as per their syllabus for these classes. Every candidate must fully comprehend the syllabus of Delhi CET 2024 to prepare for the Delhi CET 2024 exam. With the help of the Delhi CET syllabus candidates can also chalk the important topics for the exam.
The detailed syllabus of Delhi CET 2024 is as follows:
Questions from subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and English according to the CBSE Class IX syllabus of 2024 and class X syllabus of 2024
50 questions of Mathematics, 40 questions of Physics, 30 questions of Chemistry and 15 each of English and Biology will add up to 150 questions in Test 1 of Delhi CET 2024
This test will be conducted for all the Engineering and Non-Engineering diploma programmes
This test will be further divided into four parts - Part A, Part B, Part C and Part D
In Part A, there will be a total of 70 questions which will test the General Knowledge and Aptitude skills of the test-takers
Questions in Part A will be bilingual in nature and will be compulsory for all the test-takers
In Part B, a total of 80 questions based on English Grammar and Comprehension will be asked (for candidates opting for MOP English only)
In Part C, a total of 80 questions based on Hindi Grammar and Comprehension will be asked (for candidates opting for MOP Hindi only)
In Part D, a total of 80 questions based on both Hindi and English Grammar and Comprehension (40 each) will be asked (for candidates opting for both Hindi and English MOP)
This test will comprise of questions based on Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics as per the CBSE Class XIth syllabus and Class XIIth syllabus
A total of 45 questions of Physics, 45 questions of Chemistry and 60 questions of either Biology or Mathematics will add up to 210 questions which will be asked in this test
Questions from subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Biology will be the mainstay of this test paper
The questions will be based on CBSE Class Xth syllabus of 2024
30 questions of Physics, 30 of Chemistry, 30 of Mathematics, 30 of Biology and 15 each of General Aptitude and English will sum up to the total number of questions to be asked in this test, i.e 150
