The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will begin the Gujarat PGCET 2026 registration in June 2026 through its official website, gujacpc.admissions.nic.in. The registration is open exclusively for candidates without valid GATE or GPAT scores who wish to pursue ME or MTech programs across Gujarat. Steps to Fill Gujarat PGCET Application Form 2026

Gujarat PGCET 2026 registration is ongoing. Check the following step-by-step procedure to apply for the GUJARAT PGCET examination: 

Step 1: Complete Registration 

Visit the Gujarat PGCET 2026 official website and click on the Common Registration Link. You can also get the direct link to apply for the Gujarat PGCET 2026 exam from above. Students will need a user ID and a 14-digit PIN to log in and complete the application procedure. PIN cover can be purchased from an ICICI bank branch, which will contain a user ID and a 14-digit PIN. The fee to purchase a pin cover is INR 500. To register for the first time, the student must click the New Users button. A New Registration window will appear on the screen. Students can now select the course name for options like M.E. /M. Tech. or M. Pharm. 

Now, enter the User ID and 14-digit PIN and click the SUBMIT button. User ID and 14-digit PIN are used to log in to the ACPC website and apply. The online Registration Form window will now appear on the screen. 

Step 2: Fill out the application form

 The Online Registration Form contains the following information to be filled out by the applicant:

  • Personal details 

  • The choice for the PGCET Centre

  • A recent passport-sized photograph. The image format for upload is 20 KB in JPG/PNG/BMP. 

Once the choice of examination centre is selected, the student will have to generate a password. User ID, PIN, and password are used for future login. 

Step 3: Uploading the Photograph:

Applicants must upload a current, colour passport-sized photo in jpg, png, or bmp format, along with a birth certificate that is no more than 20 kilobytes.

Step 4: Complete the B.E./B.Tech information and upload the certificates

Students must provide information regarding their B.Tech courses, including their college data and passing status.

Step 5: Choose the Course You are Applying For

Students must now choose the course for which they want to apply under Gujarat PGCET 2026. The course needs to be chosen with the B.E./B.Tech speciality in mind.

Step 6: Uploading Certificates

Students must upload their B.E. or B.Tech certificates, in addition to any other relevant papers, such as SC/ST/PwD certifications. GATE scorecards must be uploaded by students via the GATE application process.

Step 7: Pay the Fees

In the last step, students have to pay the Gujarat PGCET application fees 2026, which are non-refundable. The Gujarat PGCET 2026 registration fees can be paid in online mode only via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Students can apply for multiple disciplines by selecting from the available options. The registration fee is INR 1000/- for each discipline applied. If you apply for two disciplines, the registration fee shall be INR 2000/-, and then a multiple of INR 1000/-. Click the student profile shown under Available Services in the left section of the screen below to print the registration slip.
