Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has released the Gujarat PGCET counselling dates 2025 for the Gujarat PGCET and Non-GATE qualified students. You can check out the Gujarat PGCET counselling 2025 dates below. 

Gujarat PGCET Counselling Dates 2025 for GATE Qualified Students

Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has revised the Gujarat PGCET counselling 2025 dates for GATE-qualified students. Students should refer to the table below for the official Gujarat PGCET counselling 2025 dates.

Gujarat PGCET 2025 Counselling Process

The Gujarat PGCET counselling 2025 for the PGCET qualified and non-GATE qualified students is being held separately. Students must go through the details given below to find out about how Gujarat PGCET 2025 counselling process.

Step 1: Gujarat PGCET 2025 Mock Round Counselling

The Gujarat PGCET counselling mock round 2025 is held online. Students who have been shortlisted for Gujarat PGCET 2025 counselling will take part in the mock round. Students must first complete the Gujarat PGCET choice filling 2025 form available on the official website.

The Gujarat PGCET counselling 2025 result will be available at the login window. Students may access the Gujarat PGCET mock round results using their login information. Students may obtain an idea of the cut-off of various colleges by using Gujarat PGCET 2025 simulated round counselling before the actual round is announced.

Step 2: Gujarat PGCET 2025 Counselling 

ACPC will conduct the actual counselling round after the Gujarat PGCET 2025 mock round is over.  

After each round, students will be given the option to reorder their preferences. ACPC will hold further rounds of counseling based on available seats at the relevant institute. Students who advance to the next stage will be able to change their preferences based on the new seat matrix. Following the announcement of the results, students must pay the fee amount online.

Step 3: Gujarat PGCET 2025 Choice Filling

Students will be able to edit/delete/add/modify the choices they made in the mock round during the actual Gujarat PGCET counselling session. To make adjustments to the selections they submitted in the mock round, applicants must log in using their credentials.

Step 4: Gujarat PGCET Seat Allotment 2025

After the Gujarat PGCET 2025 choice filling is completed, the authorities will publish the counselling results on the official website. Students who have been selected for admission can see the counselling results through the login page. Applicants who are happy with their seat assignment can obtain the seat allotment letter and pay the challan.

Students who are satisfied with their Gujarat PGCET seat allotment 2025 must pay the fees online to confirm their admission. Those who do not pay the fee will be considered for the next round of Gujarat PGCET counseling 2025. Students who accept their seat assignment must report to the particular institute/college with all required documentation.

Note: If an student fails to pay the Gujarat PGCET 2025 counselling fees online, his or her candidature will be instantly revoked. Applicants who did not pay the fee will be entitled to participate in subsequent rounds of counseling.

Gujarat PGCET Online Choice Filling Process

• Login: Log in to the ACPC account, provide the required details, and click on the SUBMIT button.

• Available Choices: According to the eligibility of the student, the student will have the option to fill the choices. They can make the choices Institute-wise or District-wise. 

• Fill Choices: The student can make choices based on his/ her priority. 

• Seat Allotment: Once the seats are allocated, the details of the course and institute allotment can be viewed online in the Information Letter. The student can also take a printout of the Information Letter.

• Payment Slip: To confirm admission at the specific institute the student must pay tuition fees. Payment can be done online or at the designated bank branch. Once the fee is paid, the payment slip is generated and released online. The student can take a print out of payment from the account. 

Documents Required for Gujarat PGCET Counselling 2025

Students who score the Gujarat PGCET Cutoff 2025 will be assigned a seat in the Gujarat PGCET seat allotment phase. Following the seat allotment, the student must bring relevant documents to the assigned college for verification purposes. Students must make sure these documents are original and valid. Any forged document will lead to admission cancellation. 

The following documents will be required for Gujarat PGCET 2025 counselling.

• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Qualifying degree statement of marks and degree/provisional certificate
• Category certificate (For students claiming reservation)
• GATE/PGCET 2025 scorecard
• Ex-servicemen certificate from Sainik Welfare Board and Certificate from Commandant in case of serving parent
• Sponsorship letter in case applying for a sponsored seat
• Certificate of physical disability certified by the concerned authority

Gujarat PGCET 2025 Counselling Important Details

Gujarat PGCET counselling will be held in various rounds. Students who will be participating in the counselling should go through the important details given below. 

• To participate in Gujarat PGCET 2025 counselling, students must first register online.
• ACPC will release the vacant seats after each round of the counselling. 
• Students must fill out their choices in the order of preference and submit them by the due date and time. Do thorough research about the college before providing your choice.
• Seats will be assigned in the order of merit, depending on the number of selections made and the category of students.
• Students who have been assigned a seat during the Gujarat PGCET 2025 seat allotment must pay seat confirmation fees in order to confirm the assigned seat.
• The student must visit the designated institute to complete the admission process before the deadline.

Admission Cancellation in Gujarat PGCET Counselling 2025

If a student wishes to withdraw from the counselling process, he or she must log in and select "Cancel admission" from the login site. Students will get an OTP on their registered cellphone number in order to revoke their admission. The admission will be terminated if the student presents the OTP.
