Gujarat PGCET Eligibility Criteria 2026

Gujarat PGCET 2026 eligibility criteria will be released along with the official notification. The eligibility criteria of Gujarat PGCET 2026 include details like educational qualification, age limit, minimum passing marks, etc. To be eligible for the Gujarat PGCET 2026 exam, the students must get at least 50% in the qualifying examination in the relevant B.Tech specialisation. Students from the reserved categories (SC/ST/SEBC) will be offered a 5% relaxation. Students with valid GATE test scores to participate directly in the Gujarat PGCET counselling. Seats for M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Pharma are reserved for students who are of Gujarat origin. The student must produce a category certificate who wants to claim admission under the reserved category.  Socially and Educationally Backward class students must also produce a certificate for non-inclusion in a creamy layer, along with the caste certificate. Caste Certificate must be issued by the authority empowered by the Government of Gujarat, and it must be duly stamped and signed by the authority. In case a student fails to produce the required documents, he/ she will be considered under the unreserved category.
