Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will release the Gujarat PGCET official notification in June 2024. We will update all the Gujarat PGCET 2024 dates in the table below once the authorities have released them.

Eligibility Criteria for MTech Admission

Students must hold a B.E., B.Tech., or equivalent degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ EWS candidates).

Eligibility Criteria For Admission to M.Pharm

• Those must hold a B.Pharm degree with at least 55% overall (or 50% for candidates who are SC, ST, EWS, or SEBC).
• Students who will be taking their final year B.E., B.Tech, or B. Pharm exams are also eligible to apply.

Step 1: The candidates can register on the ACPC's official website after obtaining the PIN cover.

Step 2: During online registration, candidates must enter their contact, personal, and educational information.

Step 3: Candidates must provide a soft copy of their passport-size picture along with their other information.

Step 4: The scanned image must be in jpg, png, or BMP format and have a maximum file size of 20 Kb.

Step 5: Candidates should print their Gujarat PGCET application form after submitting it.

Step 6: After that, applicants must go to the authorized support centres with a printout of their completed application form and any other necessary paperwork. 

Please take note that each document has to have its certification. At assistance centres, the paperwork will also be checked. Therefore, at the help center, applicants must bring the original documents.

• School leaving certificate or Transfer certificate
• Caste certificate
• Degree Certificate

Gujarat PGCET 2024 Application Fee

• To complete the Gujarat PGCET application process all candidates have to pay the fees of Rs. 500
• When obtaining the PIN cover from the approved ICICI bank branch, fees must be paid in cash

To prepare for the Gujarat PGCET exam 2024, candidates must have to go through the exam pattern. The Gujarat PGCET exam pattern 2024 consists of a marking scheme, exam mode, duration, etc. Check out the Gujarat exam pattern 2024 given below. 

• Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted in offline mode  (OMR sheet-based test)
• Question Type: Questions of the multiple-choice, objective variety
• Total Number of Questions: 100 questions 
• Exam Duration: 90 minutes for PGCET Engineering and 100 minutes for PGCET Pharmacy are allotted for the test.
• Marking Scheme: One mark will be given for each correct answer.
• Negative scoring: Not relevant

Gujarat PGCET admit card 2024 will be released a few days before the exam on the official website ACPC. On the day of the test, candidates must bring their Gujarat PGCET 2024 admit card with them to the testing centre. Candidates must arrive at the test site with their Gujarat PGCET admit card 2024 and a valid ID. Without a hall ticket and picture ID verification, no candidate will be permitted to present in the admission exam. The admit card or hall ticket will have the candidate's name, the date, the time, and the full location of the exam centre assigned.

GUJARAT PGCET examination is conducted at four centers. While completing the registration form, the candidate has an option to select the choice of the examination centers. GUJARAT PGCET is conducted at the following test centers:

1. L. D. College Of Engineering, Ahmedabad
2. Government Engineering College, Rajkot
3. Government Engineering College, Surat
4. Faculty Of Technology, M. S. University, Baroda

ACPC will release the Gujarat PGCET result 2024 online on the official website following the test. Candidates must be aware that the merit lists for various colleges and branches represent the straight publication of results. There will be two merit lists; the first list will include those who applied based on their GATE or GPAT results. Gujarat PGCET candidates will be listed on the second merit list. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list will receive a call to finish the remaining admission requirements.

Gujarat PGCET counselling will commence soon after the release of the result. During the Gujarat PGCET 2024 counselling procedure, candidates will have to specify the course and institution of their choosing. After the initial round of counselling, a second round will be held if any places are still available. Seats will be assigned to candidates based on their performance in the test and their selections. After being assigned a seat, applicants must report to the institute to finish the admissions process. Candidates reporting for admission must provide their original documents. Candidates' admission will confirmed following the payment of the tuition fees.
