How to Apply for JEE Advanced 2020

Candidates who have qualified the JEE Main exam will be able to successfully register and appear for JEE Advanced 2020 examination. The application process of JEE Advanced 2020 has already begun. Candidates can fill and submit the JEE Advanced 2020 application form in May 2020 by visiting its official website, i.e jeeadv.nic.in. Candidates will be able to register for JEE Advanced 2020 exam through the official website where the JEE Advanced admit card will also be published. The application form will not be accepted by courier or post. It is necessary that prior to filling the application form for JEE Advanced 2020, candidates take a look at JEE Advanced eligibility criteria and instructions so that the form can be filled correctly.

Steps to Fill JEE Advanced Application Form/Registration Form 2020

The JEE Advanced 2020 application form will be available online. Candidates must go through the following steps to successfully fill and submit the JEE Advanced application form:

Registration Procedure:

  • Candidates should register through the online portal, i.e. jeeadv.nic.in
  • Once logged in, candidates should provide details such as the medium of the question paper language (English or Hindi), the choices of the examination center.
  • Also, aspirants should enter JEE Main  Roll number, email address, Mobile number, and D.O.B to access the JEE Advanced application form.
  • The candidate will have the option of adding another mobile number above the number given during JEE Main registration.

Upload the Scanned Documents:

After providing all the requisite information, the next step is to upload the scanned copies of the documents:

  • Class 10th certificate as 'Date of Birth' proof

  • Class 12th Mark sheet and certificate

  • Category Certificate's (OBC-NCL certificate/SC/ST/PWD)

  • Services scribe form letter

  • OCI certificate or PIO card

  • DS category certificate

Pay Registration Fee of JEE Advanced 2019:

  • The JEE Advanced registration fee can be paid either online or offline.

  • In online mode, the fee payment can be done through net banking or debit card only. Please note no credit card can be used to make the payment.

  • In offline mode, the payment can be done through SBI bank e- challan.

  • Please note the candidates' registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable.

  • After the successful payment, the candidate must submit the application form and take a print copy of the confirmation page.
