Karnataka DCET Seat Allotment 2025

Karnataka DCET 2025 seat allotment has been released by KEA based on the round 3 option entry round. The DCET seat allotment 2025 lets you know the stream and college you have received as a result of the Karnataka DCET 2025 counselling process. The KEA has released the official Karnataka DCET seat allotment dates. Following the round 2 counselling, KEA is conducting the Round 3 and the final round counselling. Following the provisional seat allotment for round 3, the KEA has now released the Karnataka DCET 2025 final round 3 seat allotment on August 22, 2025. Earlier, the Karnataka DCET seat allotment for round 2 was released on July 29, 2025. You can check the seat allotment result on this page. To access the seat allotment result, you are required to enter your CET Number. The seat allotment is released per the options filled during the Karnataka DCET 2025 choice filling process, seat availability, performance in the DCET exam, the number of institutes participating, etc.

Karnataka DCET 2025 Post Seat Allotment Process

After the Karnataka DCET 2025 seat allotment, the applicants will have four choices to choose from –

OptionsProcess

Choice 1

  • Through this option, those who have been allocated seats can accept the seat allotment and pay the admission fee.

  • These students are not eligible to take part in subsequent rounds of counselling.

Choice 2

  • Students who have been allocated a seat and want a better allotment in Round 2 can choose this option.

  • In such cases, seats allotted in Round 1 will not be cancelled.

  • If the applicant gets a better allotment in Round 2, he/ she can accept it and cancel the seat allotted in Round 1.

  • Participants choosing Choice 2 will have to pay the seat acceptance fee.

Choice 3

  • Through this option, students who are not satisfied with seat allotment can surrender the seat and participate in Round 2.

  • Students choosing this option will not have any right to the seat allocated in Round 1.

Choice 4

  • Those who wish to surrender their seats and withdraw from all rounds of counselling can choose this option.

The students are advised to choose the option mindfully after the seat allotment.

Step 1: Go to KEA’s official portal - kea.kar.nic.in.
