Applicants could make corrections to the uploaded photographs and signature. To complete the editing process, they had to log in to the KLEE LLM account and click on the "Memo Details" segment.

How to Fill the Application Form of KLEE LLM 2025

Find out the step-by-step process on how to fill out the application form for Kerala CEE LLM 2025 elaborated below.

Step 1: Registering Online

• Visit the official website of CEE.

• Click on the highlighted link of “Kerala CEE LLM”.

• A registration page will pop up in a new window.

• Enter a valid email ID and a password consisting of eight characters that include one alphabet, one symbol and one numerical number.

• Click on 'Register for KLEE' to complete the registration process.

• Application number and password will be sent to the registered email ID as login credentials.

Step 2: Filling up the Application Form

• Note down the application number and password extracted in the previous step.

• Enter the information in the application portal to log in to the application form.

• Fill in the personal and academic details carefully and correctly.

• Take proper care while entering the data in the KLEE LLM online form, and then proceed to the next stage by using the "Save and Finalise" tab.

Step 3: Making Fee Payment

• The application fee can be paid through offline as well as online modes.

• Through an online mode, the candidate can proceed with payment via Netbanking/Credit Card/Debit Card.

• By opting for offline mode, payment can be made through E-challan and in the authorised bank.

• Submit the application form after checking the status of the application fee payment.

Step 4: Uploading the Documents

Photograph 

• Studio-generated soft copy of a recent passport-size coloured photograph.
• The file size should be between 15 KB to 100 KB and in JPEG format. 
• The resolution must be 150 x 200 pixels.

Signature

• The signature should be done on a plain white sheet with a blue or black ink pen.
• Then you need to scan and crop the part of the signature and not the full paper.
• The scanned image should be in JPEG/ JPG format and between 4 KB and 100 KB.

Documents/ Certificates

• All certificates/ documents must be uploaded in PDF format.
• The file size of each document/ certificate must be between 10 KB and 500 KB.
• The scanned images must be clear and of the original documents/ certificates.

Step 5: Print Acknowledgement Page

• After submitting the form, you must take a printout of the Acknowledgement Page.
• To take the printout, hit the 'Print Acknowledgement Page’.
• Save the soft copy and also keep a hard copy of the KLEE LLM Acknowledgement Page for further reference.

• Nationality proof of any of the IDs (Election ID/Birth certificate/Passport/SSLC)

• Certificates obtained from the Tahsildar (for SC/ST candidates)

• Nativity Proof

• Non-Creamy Layer Certificate from the concerned Village Officer in the prescribed format for state education only. (for SEBC/OEC candidates)

• Certificate from the Director, Department of Women & Child Development for fee concession (for candidates who are inmates of Nirbhaya Home, Sri Chitra Home, Juvenile Home or any other such institution run by the Government)

• Community Certificate from the concerned Village Officer (for OEC candidates who do not come under the Non-Creamy layer category).

• Inter-Caste marriage certificate issued by Tahsildar: (for candidates who are children of an Inter-Caste married couple of whom one is ST/SC)

• Certificate from the District Medical Board (for Persons with Disabilities)

• Certificate from the Fisheries Officer concerned of Kerala Fishermen Welfare Fund Board (for the children of registered Fishermen)

• Community/Non-Creamy Layer and Income Certificates from the concerned Village officer in the prescribed format.
