• You must have completed a 5-Year LLB/ 3-Year LLB with at least 50% aggregate marks.
• The college/ university from which you have pursued the law degree must be a recognised one.
• If you are awaiting the results of the final qualifying law degree examination, you can still apply. However, during the counselling, you must produce the Degree/ Provisional Certificate and mark lists of the last qualifying examination.

Nativity-

• It is mandatory to be an Indian citizen. Only Indian natives can apply for KLEE LLM.
• However, only the candidates of Kerala are awarded any type of fee waiver or reservation.

Age- 

• No upper age limit for Kerala CEE LLM is set by CEE. 
• Candidates of any age, fulfilling the native and academic criteria, can apply for the entrance exam.
