Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) and Online Submission of Options

The Centralised Allotment Process uses an allocation method that gives the aspirants an opportunity to exercise their web options for colleges / universities of their priority. Allotments are made exclusively depending on the options submitted by the aspirants, their rank in the Kerala CEE LLM, and the reservation criteria and rules. The process is conducted online to decide the allocation of candidates to the LLM courses.

  • The allocation of courses and colleges for the General Merit and Reservation categories will be strictly based on the rank list and category lists published by the Kerala CEE.
  • Allotments to all programmes for all categories are made through a Centralised Allotment Process.
  • It is a Single Window System (SWS) of Allotment to give allocation to LLM seats in the participating colleges based on the options posted online by candidates who have been included in the CEE's Rank list and Category lists.
  • The Centralised Allotment is a straightforward and transparent method of allocating courses.
  • Candidates should only register for courses and colleges that they are certain they will take admission upon allotment.
  • If the candidate cannot pay the admission charges on time or miss the deadline to enrol in college, they will lose the allocation as well as all other available possibilities.
  • When a candidate is allotted, the preceding allotment, if any, is instantly revoked.
  • The courses and seats in the participating colleges that the CEE will assign will be listed in the Single Window System and will be handled in conformity with the terms of the allotment.

Steps to Exercise Kerala CEE LLM 2023 Choice Filling

Only participants who correctly confirmed their preferred choices within the stated time frame by the CEE will be evaluated for the first provisional allocation phase. The final allotment will be awarded to applicants after addressing the concerns related to the provisional allotment. After the first phase of allotment and admissions are over, the CEE will notify the dates for the choice filling for the second phase of counselling and mop-up counselling.

The main stages for exercising Kerala CEE LLM 2023 web choices / choice filling are as follows:

    Candidate to register options:

Options can only be filed via the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Applicants must enter their preferences on the website's 'Home Page' within the specified time. Candidates should go to the official website and register for courses and colleges by following the guidelines. Options sent to the CEE through Fax, Post, hand delivery, etc. will not be reviewed or considered for seat allocation.

    Time schedule for registering options:

Only within the time period that is mentioned in the notifications that are going to be issued by the CEE will the opportunity for registering options be provided to candidates. After the allotted time has passed, the individual will no longer have access to the facility, since the web choice registration period will be over by that time. Regardless of the candidate's rank, if they do not register their options in accordance with the timetable that has been established by the CEE, they will not be regarded for allotments for any of the seats that will be available at that time. Under no conditions will there be an extension of the deadline for enrolling for the available alternatives.

    Eligibility for registering options:

Only those applicants whose names appear on the Kerala CEE LLM State Rank List and Category List of the Kerala CEE LLM Entrance Examination, as issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, are allowed to register online. Furthermore, candidates selecting their options must meet all of the eligibility requirements outlined in the prospectus for admission to the LLM programme. When the candidate submits for admission, the Principal / Head of the institution shall be directly responsible for verifying eligibility conditions as provided in the brochure for admission to LLM Course of the Government of Kerala. Only candidates who are judged to be qualified as stipulated will be admitted to the college / institution, regardless of whether they have an allotment via the SWS.

    Essentials for registering options:

The individual can access their home page by successfully entering their application number, password, and access code. The application number is a seven-digit number provided to the applicant when they apply online to CEE for the Kerala CEE LLM 2023 exam.

    Procedure for Registering Options:

Any candidate who intends to register their options must have the application number and 'password' ready. In addition, the applicant must have access to the internet.

The student can use any computer with an internet connection to visit the website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in. The system can be Windows or Linux-based, and the most recent version of Mozilla Firefox is preferred for browsing the official website.

Logging on to the Candidate’s Home Page:

By correctly providing the details, the candidate can access their home page. If the system determines that the person who requested a 'login' is a valid candidate, then the individual can access their home page.

How to register options on the Home Page:

By clicking on the 'Option Registration' tab on the Home Page, the Course - College - Fee combination information will be displayed. All of the candidate's eligible options will be displayed here, and the applicant should choose just those possibilities in which they are interested.

They should select the choices in the order of their interest. All of the candidate's alternatives will be considered. If a candidate is assigned a specific seat based on their preference, they must accept it or lose that allotment as well as all other available possibilities. Once lost, the choice will no longer be available in succeeding phases.

Online Option Confirmation for Participating in Allotment Phases:

Candidates who have eligible options and want to participate in the second / subsequent allotment must log in to their Option Registration Page and confirm their selections by clicking the 'Confirm' button. Only after the web option confirmation can candidates eliminate undesired alternatives or change the importance of current options.

    Saving the selected options:

Any option selection, modification, deletion, or reordering must be saved before closing the option registration site for the changes to be visible on the server. For this purpose, the save menu option is available. It is critical to save modifications on a regular basis. Only the saved data will be accessible in future sessions.

All unsaved modifications will be lost if the applicants exit the programme by logging out or another method. So, before the aspirants exit, they must make sure that the course-college combinations they have chosen are saved. Even if just deletions are desired, the remaining options in the selected list even if none remain after the deletion must be saved for the removals to take effect on the server.

CEE will not be held liable if any option choices, inclusion, deletion, or rearrangement goes without being recorded on the website as a result of the candidate failing to save the data before exiting.

Avoid pressing the refresh or back button:

Aspirants must not reload the page in any other way than by using the provided buttons or tabs. There should also be no effort to open the choice registration page in different tabs or windows. If they depart the system for any reason, whether by logging out or otherwise, they can begin anew from the main page after logging in.

Printing of the options list based on the options registered:

After saving the selected options and making any required changes, deletions, and rearrangements, a hardcopy of the final list of chosen course-college pairings can be taken and saved for future reference.

Logging out from the home page:

When the candidate is finished reviewing the alternatives, saved, and submitted them, they should log out of the website by selecting on the logout link. They must not leave the system without first logging out. When the applicant logs out, the option registration process is complete. This action is required to prevent others from misusing their important details.
