The KMAT Kerala application form 2025 for session 2 was available till May 19, 2025, up to 12 PM. Earlier, the KMAT Kerala 2025 application form deadline was May 15, 2025, up to 4 PM. Prior to that, the last date to apply for the Session 2 exam was May 9, 2025, till 4 PM. The application form correction window will be made available in the third or last week of May 2025. The KMAT Kerala 2025 Session 2 registrations began on April 19, 2025. The application process is available exclusively online, and there is no provision for offline submissions. To fill out the application form for KMAT Kerala 2025, candidates have to go through the following steps:

Candidates can fill out the KMAT application form 2025 by following the steps given below:

Step 1: Registration

• The candidate must visit the KMAT Kerala 2025 official website @ cee.kerala.gov.in and click on the 'Registration Link' given on the right-hand side of the page.

  

  OR Use the direct link for KMAT Kerala 2025 registration to reach directly on the registration page.

• On the next page, candidates must carefully go through all of the given instructions and accept the three Declarations given at the bottom of the page by clicking on the checkboxes next to them.

  

  Then, click on the Proceed for Registration button.

• On the next page, candidates will be asked to enter their details, contact details and create a password. The registered email ID of the candidate and the password created at this stage will be the credentials used to login into the application form later in the process.

  

  Make sure that all of the details entered are as given in your supporting documents. Once all of the information has been entered, click on 'Register' to complete the KMAT Kerala 2025 Registration.

• Candidates must take note of the following important details while registering for KMAT Kerala.

  • The candidate's name must be entered as given in Class X Certificate. Initial should come at the end of the name. No changes in the candidate's name will be accepted later.

    

  • The mobile number entered must be Indian and belong to the candidate or a parent. No prefix (0 or +91) must be added while entering the mobile number. Make sure that number entered is correct as all important information will be sent to this number.

    

  • The entered Email ID must belong to the candidate or a parent as sensitive information such as the password can be sent to the email ID.

    

  • The password chosen by the candidate must have at least 8 characters. It must contain alphabets, numerals, and certain special characters only.

    

Step 2: Fill Application Form

• In this step, candidates have to enter their Details, Academic Details, and Contact details carefully in the online application form.

• Candidates must make sure that all of the details entered in their application form are correct. Any mistakes in the entered information may cause issues in the future.

• Once the application has been filled, candidates can move to the next stage by clicking on the 'Save & Preview button. A preview of their completed application will be displayed on the screen. A printout can also be taken at this point for future reference.

• After verifying that all of the information in the application form preview is correct, candidates can click on the 'Save & Finalize' button to submit their applications. No change in the entered information will be possible after this.

• Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

• As part of the application process, candidates are required to select their category, and fill out in basic details such as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and E-mail ID.

• Now, candidates have to pay the non-refundable KMAT Kerala 2025 application fee.

• The application fee can be paid through online payment via Debit card/Credit Card/Net Banking or via e-Challan.

• After successful payment, candidates receive an “SB Collect Reference Number” along with a receipt of payment of the application fee.

• The application fee for General candidates is INR 1,000 and for SC/ST category candidates is INR 750.

Step 4: Upload Images

• Candidates will be required to upload their photographs & signature in the application form.

• Candidates must ensure that the images they are uploading adhere to the specifications required in the form.

Step 5: Print Confirmation Page

• Once all of the steps have been completed, candidates will get a 'Print Confirmation Page' link on their screen.

• Candidates must use that link to take a printout of their confirmation page.

• The conducting body recommends candidates keep a soft copy or printout of the confirmation page with them for future references.

• Candidates will not be required to send any of the documents, application form, or confirmation page physically to CEE.

Two methods can be used to pay the application fee for KMAT Kerala 2025 - online payment and via e-Challan. Both of these have been explained in detail below.

Online Payment for KMAT Kerala 2025 Application Fee

• Candidates can use their Debit Card, Credit Card, or Internet Banking to pay their fees online.

• The link to pay the application fee will be available once the application form is complete and the link to upload images will become available after successful payment.

• In case the transaction is unsuccessful and the amount is deducted from the candidate's bank account, it will be credited within 5 working days.

e-Challan Payment (Post Office) for KMAT Kerala 2025 Application Fee

• Candidates who select e-Challan as their mode of payment will be required to take a printout of their e-Challan from the application portal.

• The challan along with the fee amount can be deposited at a post office counter. The list of post offices where application fees can be deposited is available on the KMAT Kerala website.

• The candidate will receive the counterfoil from the post office. Candidates must make sure that it contains the transaction ID, office stamps, and the initial of the post office official.

• If the fee payment is successful the 'Pay Application Fee' tab will turn green and the candidate can proceed to upload images.

• If it does not turn green, candidates must contact the post office to get their payment status updated.

Photograph

• Candidates must upload their latest passport-size color photograph taken against a light-colored background.

• The photograph must not be taken with the candidate wearing a cap or goggles. Spectacles, if used regularly, are allowed.

• The photograph must be studio-generated. Polaroids or photos taken using a Computer or Mobile Phone are not acceptable.

Signature

• Candidates must put their signature on a white sheet with black or blue ink.

• Candidates must scan and crop only the signature and not the entire sheet.

• The signature must be clearly and completely visible in the final scanned copy.

Steps to Make Corrections in the KMAT Kerala 2025 Application Form

Candidates are allowed to make modifications to the profile details such as Name, Gender, Mobile Number, Nationality, Date of Birth, Email ID, and nationality. They must submit their complaints to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, through e-mail at ceekinfo@cee.kerala.gov.in. To review the details, candidates should go to the KMAT Kerala official website (cee.kerala.gov.in) and select the 'KMAT 2025-Candidate Portal'. To gain access to the KMAT 2025 candidate portal, candidates must enter their application number and password. Step 1: Begin by writing an email regarding your complaints about the profile details to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations at ceekinfo@cee.kerala.gov.in.

Step 2: Mention your name and roll number in the complaint.

Step 3: Compose a clear and concise subject line that effectively reflects the purpose of the email, such as “Rectification of KMAT 2025 Form Discrepancies.”

Step 4: In the email’s body, explain in detail the discrepancies found in your KMAT application form. Specify the areas where you want to make the corrections, such as an incorrect name, gender, phone number, or any other relevant information.

Step 5: Attach any supporting documentation that proves that the corrections requested by you are valid. For example, if there is an error in your name, you must attach a copy of your identification document that demonstrates the correct spelling.
