The MET registration process 2022 for Phase 2 is ongoing now. The phase 2 application process started fromMay 16, 2022. Before filling out the MET 2022 application form, candidates should check the eligibility criteria and make sure they fulfill all the factors of it. The eligibility criteria include educational qualification, marks, subjects, nationality, etc. Candidates can check out the MET 2022 eligibility criteria given below.
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have completed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, and English as obligatory subjects from a recognized Board. Candidates must additionally have studied one of the following optional subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or other technical vocational.
Minimum qualifying marks: Candidate must have secured 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and any one of the optional subjects in class 12 or A level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent.
Nationality: Candidates of Indian nationality are eligible to apply.
Eligibility criteria for counselling process: To be eligible for MET counselling process 2022, candidate must score at least 50% on the entrance examination.

If the CBSE or 12th results are declared late, then how does a student apply?
Students with result awaiting can confirm their provisional admission based on expected performance in their 12th boards. Provisional admission letters will be issued to students willing to take up MET However, the final admissions will be provided after the final mark sheets and documentation provided by the students are verified by the university.
I missed the last date for sending in my application. Can I still apply?
No, you cannot apply after the last date is over.
Can I apply to more than one course? Can I do it in a single application?
Yes, you can apply for more than one course. If the courses you have opted for fall in the same group, then you can state your choices in one single application form.
However, if you opt for courses in different groups, then you will need to fill separate application forms.
Once I apply, what will happen?
After sending the application form along with the mentioned documents and application fee, the university will register the form and allot an application number to the candidate. The candidate will then receive a mail from the university with the application number allotted by Manipal University. Other relevant information including information related to the admission letter will also be mentioned in the mail sent by the university.
