How to Apply for RULET 2025?

Here is how you can apply for RULET 2025:

Step 1: Visit the RULET portal

  • Visit the official website at admissions.univraj.org/ruletPanel.
  • On the home page, you will find the link named "Application Form".

Step 2: Scan the Photograph, Signature, and Thumb Impression

Photograph 

  • Make sure the photograph is a latest one and was taken on/ after January 1, 2025.
  • Image Size must be between 100 KB to 450 KB.
  • The accepted file format for the scanned photograph is JPG/ JPEG.
  • You must not wear a cap/ sunglasses, etc, while getting the picture clicked.

Signature

  • The signature must be done on white paper with a black marker pen.
  • The file size of the scanned signature image must be between 100 KB to 350 KB.
  • The file should be in either JPG or JPEG format.

Thumb Impression

  • The thumb impression must be done on white paper with a blue ink pen.
  • Male candidates must do it with the left hand, while females/ transgenders must do it with right hand.
  • The scanned image size must be in the range of 100 KB to 350 KB, and the file should be in JPG/ JPEG format.

Step 3: Fill in the Details

  • You are required to fill in particulars as personal details, category details, data related to concession/ weightage, communication address, educational qualifications, etc.
  • After completing the above steps, upload the necessary documents/ certificates as per the specifications permitted.

Step 4: Pay the RULET Application Form Fee

  • After filling out the form, you must pay the application fee.
  • The payment has to be made via the UPI/ payment gateway of ICICI Bank.
  • No other form of payment will be accepted by the university.
  • After successful fee payment, an online payment invoice will be issued.

Step 5: Take a Printout of the Online Form

  • After submitting the RULET application form, you must take a printout of the form and also of the payment invoice for future reference.

Step 6: Hard Copy Submission to Claim Concession

  • If you are applying for a concession on the RULET application fee based on Sports/ NCC/ NSS, etc, criteria, then you have to submit the printout of the completed application form to the RULET office during 9 am to 2 pm on working days within the deadline.
  • Along with the hard copy of the form, you have to furnish relevant certificates/ documents in the original to support your claims.
