Yes, candidates can fill out TISSNET 2024 application form offline. After the candidate has received their requested application form offline, they can start filling it out. For this, they will first need to write the required personal details. After this, they have to paste a passport-size coloured photograph and sign at the space provided in the form. Lastly, candidates need to send the application form back to the designated address together with copies of the pertinent documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, application fee receipts, etc.

The following documents are required for TISSNET 2024 application form:

• Caste certificates for applicants who fall under categories such as OBC, ST, SC, OBC (NCL), Kashmiri Migrants (KM), PWD, or in the armed forces.

• JPEG/PNG-formatted scanned copies of the passport-size photo (113x170 pixels) and signature (302x132 pixels).

• Applicants having a family income of less than INR one lakh or 1 between one to eight lakhs must provide an income certificate.
