How to Prepare for TISSNET PI 2024

Candidates must thoroughly prepare questions from the Detailed Application Form(DAF) for the interview process. Following are the tips to be kip in mind before appearing for the TISSNET 2024 interview.

Personal Details

Aspirants must introduce themselves and their family background in a presentable way. Mention your areas of interest and brief about your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills relating to real-life experiences.  State your strengths, weaknesses, and ways you will opt to overcome them. Brief out your short-term and long-term goals and how well you will contribute to their organization. Always be polite, humble, and confident while interacting with the interviewers.

Experience and Academic Qualifications

Candidates with any relevant experience must brief the interviewer about their job profile, type of work done in the organization. If you are handling any team, mention the ways you do it, as it will create a positive impression in the interview's mind and chances of getting selected will become much higher. Aspirants must also state their awards and recognition (if received) in graduation or the organization. Candidates must also prepare some questions related to the type of courses and activities they have learned in their undergraduate program. Therefore, a clear idea of these questions will be helpful to you in cracking the PI round.

Why Opt for this Course?

The most important question asked to the candidates mostly during the personal interview is “Why this course”? The best way to answer this question is to analyse your skillset and present your answer in a way that interviewer believes in you. Try stating your achievements, communication skills, leadership skills, strengths, and weaknesses in a way that interviewer believes in you. Don't exaggerate while answering during PI as it is the biggest turn-off for the person interviewing you. During PI, no particular set of questions is asked. Thus, candidates must be prepared well with such basic questions to avoid messing up during the interview.
