The Session 1 admit card will be released on April 5, 2026 while the Session 2 admit card will be issued soon after the Session 1 exam on May 20, 2026. The test city allotment of session 1 is March 26, 2026 and Session 2 is May 13, 2026. The slot booking window for Session 1 is between March 27 and March 31, 2026. The next Session 2 slot booking will be between May 13 and May 15, 2026. BITS Pilani has already announced the exam dates from both the sessions. Session 1 exam will be conducted from April 15 to April 17, 2026 whereas, Session 2 exam dates are May 24 to May 26, 2026.

BITSAT 2026 Slot Booking

The BITSAT 2026 slot bookings have been officially announced by the authority. The Session 1 slot booking will be made active from March 27 to 31, 2026. Following that, the next Session 2 slot booking window will open between May 13 and 15, 2026. BITSAT 2026 is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. After its completion, you will not be able to make any changes. If you fail to schedule the exam slot, BITS Pilani will automatically allot you the slot. You will be able to download the admit card only if you have successfully booked your slot.

How to Complete BITSAT 2026 Slot Booking?

To book a slot, you can follow the processes outlined below: -

• Step 1: Visit the BITS admissions site.
• Step 2: Click the BITSAT slot booking link.
• Step 3: A new window titled "Online Test Booking System" (OTBS) will appear.
• Step 4: Provide the BITSAT login information, including the application number and password.
• Step 5: The designated test city will be displayed on the screen. Choose the test date from the list of available options.
• Step 6: Choose your preferred exam place and hours.
• Step 7: To reserve the appointment, click the 'confirm' button.

BITSAT 2026 Exam Day Instructions

Applicants who are going to appear for the BITSAT 2026 entrance exam must be aware of the exam day instructions. Exam day instructions for BITSAT 2026 include some of the rules and regulations that the applicants must follow on the day of the examination.

The complete exam day instructions for BITSAT 2026 which the applicants must learn, are given in the points below:

• You must bring the exam hall ticket for BITSAT 2026 on the day of the examination. No applicants will be allowed to sit for the entrance exam if they don't have the BITSAT 2026 admit card.
• It is also compulsory for the applicants to bring identity proof along with other required documents and the BITSAT 2026 admit card to be allowed for the entrance test.
• It is advisable for the applicants to reach the exam at least one hour prior to the allocated time for document verification
• The applicants are required to be seated in the allocated examination centre and allocated seats only.
• The applicants who will be appearing for BITSAT in the Hyderabad/Pilani/Goa campuses will be provided hostel facilities at nominal charges.
• The applicants will be provided a specific time prior to the examination to read the important instructions
• No applicant should bring any objectionable objects into the examination hall, such as mobile phones, pagers, digital devices, calculators, or any other notes or materials. If any applicant is found with objectionable objects, he/she will be debarred from the entrance test.
• All the applicants appearing for BITSAT 2026 will be under the surveillance of CCTV cameras, and the applicants caught cheating on any other illegal examination practices will be rejected.
• For the rough calculation, the applicants will be provided with an additional sheet. No calculations should be done in any sheet other than that provided in the examination hall.
• No applicants will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of the entrance test. Moreover, no extra time will be allowed for the applicants after the closing time.
