Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (popularly known as Amrita University) has released the AEEE 2020 application form on 19th September 2019. The application form of AEEE 2020 is available in online mode. Applicants will be required to fill the application form by April third week 2020. Amrita University is going to conduct AEEE 2020 in online mode from 23rd to 27th April 2020 in 3 slots per day. Also, applicants will have the option to apply through JEE Main 2020 score.
Those candidates who will apply through JEE Main 2020 will also have to complete the AEEE 2020 application process. However, such candidates will be exempted from appearing in AEEE 2020 examination as their JEE Main 2020 rank will be considered for admissions. To apply online, the candidates have to simply go to the online application portal and complete the application process.
The application process of AEEE 2020 will consist of various steps such as registration as a new user, filling the application form, uploading the photograph, payment of the application fee and submission of AEEE application form. Applicants must note that while filling the online application form, they must select a slot as per their preference and availability and also check the detailed eligibility criteria of AEEE 2020.

To fill the online application form of AEEE 2020, applicants must follow the below steps:
Step: 1 AEEE 2020 Registration
The first step is to fill the AEEE 2020 application form is to register for AEEE 2020. In order to register, applicants will have to enter their Date of Birth and a valid Email-ID.
Step: 2 Filling AEEE 2020 Application Form
After registering, applicants will have to enter their basic details such as
Personal Details i.e Name, Address & Contact details
Academic Details i.e year of passing/appearing, the status of examination (pass/ fail), marks details, Last attended school
Family Details i.e Name & Income details
Programme Preference: It must be noted the Programme preference is a combination of both campus and branch to be updated prior to registration for counselling.
After that, applicants will have to provide Mode of admission i.e AEEE / JEE
For AEEE 2020: Choose Examination Center, Date, and Slot
For JEE (Mains) 2020: Enter the details as in JEE scorecard
Applicants also have an option of Choice of the city to attend AEEE 2020 Examination.
Applicants must make sure that they fill the correct information which matches with the information of the documents that has to be submitted later for verification.
After checking all the details, click on ‘I Confirm’ tab.
In the application form, the name of the applicant and his/her parent's should be exactly same as is registered in class 12th / equivalent qualification examination. Prefix / Title like Mr. / Mr. / Fra / Dr. / Smt / Smt / Colonel etc. should not be used.
Step: 3 Uploading Scanned Images
To proceed further, applicants will have to upload scanned images of their Passport size colour photograph (recent) and Signature (as per specifications).

Step 4 - Preview Option
Applicants will be able to see/ re-check the information they have filled in their application and submit the application fees.
Click on to 'Continue to Payment' tab.
Step: 5 AEEE 2020 Application Fee Payment
The application fee may be paid either by credit/debit card or net banking.

It must be noted that fee submitted through any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. is not accepted for online applications.
The application fee once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.
If the fees are paid through credit/debit card, the applicants may have to pay an additional processing charge as per government rules.
Step:6 Submission of AEEE 2020 Application Form
To fill the offline application form of AEEE 2020, applicants will have to obtain AEEE 2020 application form in person.
AEEE 2020 application form will be available at the University counter of Amrita School of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore.
Applicants will have to pay INR 1000/- via demand draft drawn in favour of Amrita School of Engineering payable at Coimbatore to access the application form:

It is important that those applicants while purchasing the offline application will be required to send the application at the earliest.
To complete the application process, applicants will receive an SMS with the link to fill the remaining details. The data will be filled on the application as mentioned above for online application.
Applicants will have to fill the application before the last date of submission.
Any request for change will not be accepted through offline mode i.e. via fax/application including e-mail etc.
Once the AEEE 2020 Application Form is filled, the provision to correct is not available so candidates are advised to fill it very carefully. However, if some mistakes are made, then the candidates can contact the authorities on the following numbers.
The slot booking process will only be applicable for those candidates who will select the online (computer-based mode) for AEEE 2020 examination. One candidate has to submit three preferences from the list of cities, in these cities, the examination will be held in one center. The preferences submitted by the candidate will only be indicative and a guide to the university for deciding the number of cities & centres.
One candidate will be allotted one of the three preferred cities, preferably the first favorite city. If the examination on the first preference of a candidate cannot be conducted, then it will be applied for the second/third priority.
If any city in the list is cancelled due to very fewer registrations, the candidates who have opted for that city will be allotted another nearest city and the same will be informed to the candidates by email.
Test Centre, Number of days and Number of operating slots in a day will be finalized based on the number of candidates for a particular city.
Steps to Apply for Slot booking
Visit the official website. Log in using your Application Number and Date-of-Birth.
After logging in, you can select the test date and test slots based on the availability.
To choose the date, click on the available date and click the 'continue' tab.
In the next screen, you will be directed to select the test slot based on its availability status.
Note: Since other applicants are also simultaneously using the same slot booking portal, sometimes the, status presented may change when the applicant finishes their selection and the particular slot chosen by the applicant may not be available. In such case, the applicant will be directed to choose another date and hence the slot will be given on that date.
To change the Slot test date, click on Change Slot Test Date Tab.
Click 'Confirm Slot' tab to confirm the booking.
The address of the examination centre will be mentioned in the AEEE 2020 Admit Card.
Note: After successfully selected the test date and centre, no request for change will be entertained under any circumstances.
I have entered incorrect e-mail Id/date of birth. How can I get it corrected?
You will have to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform about the error. In the e-mail, you need to mentioned Name, Father's Name, Mobile Number, etc.
How can I Re-login to completely fill the pending AEEE Application Form?
You can re-login by entering the e-mail ID / Application Number and Date of Birth.
I have submitted the AEEE application form but now I wish to change the exam center/mode of exam. How can I do?
The change of exam center and mode of exam is not possible after the final submit.
