AP LAWCET result for the 2020 session is expected to be released during the third week of May month in 2020 in online mode for all the candidates who will appear for the entrance examination as when it is conducted. Candidates will be able to view their 2020 AP LAWCET results using their registration number and LAWCET hall ticket number. After the result is being announced, AP LAWCET counselling process will begin soon. The AP LAWCET 2020 merit list will be prepared based on the candidates' scores in the entrance exam. AP LAWCET counselling process will involve document verification and the final seat allotment.

The merit list is published category-wise based on the result of the AP LAWCET entrance test. Only those who score more than the cut-off marks are considered in the merit list for AP LAWCET and are invited for the counselling process.
In case of a tie, the rank is decided based on the following:
By considering the marks obtained in Part C.
If there is still a tie, it is resolved on the basis of the marks obtained in Part B.
If there still remains a tie, the priority is given to the candidates with older age.
