• Those who wish to change or transfer to the institution can do so by filling out the ‘Institution Preference Form’, denoting their order of preferences.

• You must also know that seats in the changed or transferred institution will be allotted only if there are vacant seats either due to no allotment done against that seat or withdrawal. Marks scored in the Assam CEE will also play a vital role in the transfer process.
