About DU LLB Entrance Exam 2023 (Result Released)

The DU LLB Entrance Exam 2023 is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) through the CUET PG 2023 exam. National Testing Agency released the DU LLB Entrance Exam 2023 result on July 20, 2023. The result is made available online at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have appeared for the law entrance exam can download the result here.

The NTA conducted the DU LLB Entrance Exam from June 5 to 17, 2023. But the exam was again conducted from June 22 to 27 and June 30 for the candidates, who could not appear for the exam as well as who could not be accommodated. The DU LLB Entrance Exam (CUET PG exam) was held in three shifts that is Shift 1 starts at 8 am and ends at 10:30 am, Shift 2 is held from 12:00 pm to 02:00 pm and Shift 3 commences from 03:30 pm to 05:30 pm.

What is the DU LLB Entrance Exam?

The DU LLB Entrance Exam is conducted for admission to three-year LLB courses at Delhi University's Campus Law Centre, Law Centre-I, and Law Centre-II. The exam is held at the national level in over 18 cities across India. 

The entrance exam will fill three-year LLB seats at Delhi University's three law schools. The current intake capacity for the law programme at DU Law Centres is around 2,888 seats.

To appear for DU LLB Entrance Exam 2023, candidates should be aware of the eligibility criteria prescribed by the University. The DU LLB Entrance Exam eligibility criteria cover educational qualification, minimum qualifying marks and age limit. Check below the essential eligibility requirements:

  • Interested candidates should have passed their graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution recognized by Delhi University.
  • Students appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear in the DU LLB entrance exam. But, these candidates should have completed the educational qualification by the time of counselling.
  • There is no age limit to appear for the law entrance exam. 
  • General/ EWS category candidates should have got 50% minimum marks, OBC/ CW/ PwD category needs to secure 45% and SC/ ST candidates should have passed with a 40% minimum mark.

Those appearing for the exam on June 30 will have to wait for 1-2 days for the release of the admit card. Applicants can download the DU LLB Entrance Exam admit card by entering the registration number and password. However, no hard copy of the admit card will be provided to the candidates. The admit card is an important document and should be carried to the exam centre in order to appear for CUET PG 2023.   • Do not commit any errors as they may result in the cancellation of your candidature.

DU LL.B Entrance Exam 2023 Answer Key

After the DU LL.B 2023 entrance exam is being conducted, the admission committee will release the provisional answer key within few days. The provisional answer key will have answers to all the questions that were asked in the examination. The answer key should be used by the candidates to calculate their probable scores. By paying Rs. 200 per objection, the test takers can also challenge the answer key. The final answer key will be released after all the feedback from the students is taken care of. The officially correct answers will be given in the final answer key that cannot be challenged further. To download the answer key:

DU LL.B Entrance Exam 2023 Result

The DU LLB Entrance Exam that is being conducted through CUET PG 2023 is expected to release the result by the 2nd week of July 2023. The marks obtained by the candidates in different sections will be considered for the final computation of the DU LLB Entrance Exam 2023 results. A merit list will be released by the NTA for the LLB program along with a valid scorecard. Candidates can check the DU LLB Entrance Exam 2023 result by entering their login details. Test-takers have to keep in mind that no re-evaluation/ re-checking of the result under any circumstances will be considered.

DU LLB Entrance Exam 2023 Counselling

DU LLB Entrance Exam 2023 counselling schedule will be released after the CUET PG 2023 result has been declared. The result is expected to be released by 2nd week of July 2023. Only candidates who will clear the cutoff will be able to take part in the counselling round. The number of rounds of counselling completely depends on the number of vacant seats. The CUET PG 2023 counselling might begin in the first week of August 2023. In the counselling round candidates will be allotted seats based on their merit. The eligible candidates will be allotted seats after the verification of documents/ certificates submitted by them.
