DU LLB Entrance Exam Result 2022: Tie-Breaking Policy

If the case arises where two or more candidates obtain the same marks in DU LLB entrance exam then the tie-breaking rule shall be applied to settle on the rank. The policy is based on the following:

• The aspirant who has obtained more marks in the qualifying exam will be ranked higher.

• If the tie still remains then the aspirant who is older (in age) will be ranked higher.

• If the tie still exists then the DU LLB entrance exam tie will be broken by a draw of lots.

Candidates as per their rank in the merit list will be called for DU LLB counselling. Candidates are required to be present in person for the counselling round along with the required documents and fees. The documents that candidates need to carry are: 

• Admission Ticket of DU LLB Entrance Test 2021;

• Age Certificate (High School/Matriculation);

• Character Certificate (not older than six months on the date of admission);

• Degree Certificate (Provisional Certificate if applicable) of qualifying Degree examination;

• Mark-sheet(s) of the qualifying Degree examination;

• Scheduled Caste/Tribe/EWS & OBC (non-creamy layer) /PwD/CW certificate.

• Non-creamy layer certificates should be the latest.

• Eight passport size photographs.

• Printout of original registration form submitted for registration of admission of LL.B. course.
