However, students were allowed to submit their applications offline with alate fee of INR 3500 till May 5, 2023. Candidates had to visit the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa in person and apply for the exam. DTE will conduct the GCET 2023 exam from May 13 to 14, 2023.

Step 2 - Register yourself to generate your Login ID.
Step 3 - Login using your registered Email ID and fill the Goa CET application form 2023.

The candidates hadto pay INR 2000/- irrespective of the category they belong to. Those who failed to apply for Goa CET 2023 before the last date, had to pay an additional INR 1500/- along with the existing application fee. Offline applications were to be submitted with an amount of INR 3,500/- including a late fee of INR 1,500, at HDFC Bank, Porvorim; DTE, Goa.
