INI CET 2026 Merit List is released by the AIIMS Delhi online in a PDF format. It is published after INI CET 2026 Result is declared. INI CET 2026 Merit List has been released along with the list of exam toppers and qualified candidates for the counselling process. There are several instances when two or more candidates score the same marks in the INI CET 2026 exam. In such cases, tie-breaking criteria have been established to ensure qualified candidates make it to the final INI CET 2026 merit list. The counselling process for the INI CET 2026 January Session is expected to commence either in the last week of January 2026. Typically, this session begins a few weeks after the release of the INI CET Result 2026. INI CET Counselling 2026 comprises four rounds, namely the Mock Round, 1st Round Counselling, 2nd Round Counselling, and Open Round Counselling, based on seat availability.
Conducted online on the official website aiimsexams.ac.in, the AIIMS INI CET 2026 Counselling Process involves several steps for participation and securing admission. These steps include online registration, choice filling and locking, document verification, counselling fee payment, the release of seat allotment list, and reporting at the allotted college. Only students whose names appear on the INI CET merit list 2026 are eligible to partake in the counselling process. Seat allocation is determined by INI CET 2026 Result scores and the choices made during the choice-locking process.
After the release of the INI CET 2026 merit list and the counselling sessions, the seat allocation process is executed in three rounds, with the third round being open to all candidates. This process utilizes the Institute-Wise Synchronization of Seat Allotment (INSAS) system developed by AIIMS. Seats in specific states are allocated based on candidates' earlier preferences. Furthermore, factors such as institutional preferences, accommodations for persons with disabilities, and relevant community reservations are taken into consideration during the INI CET 2026 allocation. In cases where some seats remain vacant even after the open round, a 'spot round' is conducted to fill these remaining seats.
