INI CET Eligibility Criteria 2024 are determined by the exam conducting authority, AIIMS. As per the INI CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria, candidates must have completed MBBS from any institution recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC) to appear for the INI CET 2024. The eligibility criteria for the INI CET 2024 July Session, established by AIIMS for Indian candidates, mandate an undergraduate degree in medical studies or a related field. Advanced degree holders like MD, MS, or MBBS are also eligible, with varying aggregate score requirements based on the candidate's category.  Given below are the pointers that describe the INI CET eligibility criteria for Indian National. 

  • Minimum Qualifications: To be eligible, candidates must have completed an undergraduate degree course in the field of medical studies or a related subject.
  • Eligibility for Students with Advanced Degrees: Those who hold advanced degrees such as MD, MS, or MBBS are also considered eligible to apply for the INI CET exam.
  • Minimum Marks for Unreserved Category Applicants: For candidates belonging to the general category, a minimum aggregate score of 55% in their bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum Marks for Reserved Category Applicants: ST, SC, and PwD candidates need to achieve a slightly lower aggregate score of 50% in their bachelor's degree to be eligible.

INI CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria for Foreign Nationals

For candidates who have attained their undergraduate degrees from foreign universities or colleges, the following requirements apply for INI CET Eligibility Criteria 2024 for Foreign Nationals:

  1. Equivalency Certificate: It is essential for such candidates to provide a certificate from the specific college or institution they attended. This certificate should indicate that the grade they have achieved is equivalent to the required percentage as stipulated in the INI CET eligibility criteria. What are the Eligibility Criteria to appear for INI CET 2024 exam?
