The Quantitative Ability section of the IPMAT consists of both MCQs and Short Answer type questions. It is also regarded as the most difficult section of the examination. Candidates are suggested to complete the syllabus ahead of time. To prepare well for the quantitative section, candidates must have a clear and firm grasp of the concepts and theories. In order to crack an exam it is important to plan your preparation with respect to the exam pattern and syllabus. There is no ideal preparation time for the IPMAT exam as such, but it is safe to give yourself a minimum of 3 months time if not more in order to score well.
To prepare for IPMAT, you need to practice Maths daily, 1-2 reading comprehension passages, vocabulary and grammar. You can also set 1 day a week for mocks, sectional test and topic tests.
