About Kerala LLB Entrance Exam 2021

Kerala LLB entrance exam is conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala for students seeking admission into both Integrated Five-Year LL.B course and Three-Year LL.B course in the state of Kerala. The notification for KLEE 2021 is expected to be out in the last week of January 2021 while the application form is expected to be out in the second week of March 2021.

The exam will be conducted in online mode and will have 200 questions. The final decision regarding admission into both the Integrated Five-Years and Three-Years LL.B course after qualifying the Kerala LL.B entrance examination will remain in the hands of Commissioner of Entrance Examination, Government of Kerala which will also depend on the display of merit by the candidates in the entrance examination.

Kerala LL.B Entrance Exam Conducting Body

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala is responsible for conducting the Kerala LL.B entrance exam for providing admissions into both Integrated Five-Year and Three-Year LL.B courses offered by various Government and Private/Self-Financed Law college in the state of Kerala. The candidates after completing their respective courses will be eligible to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act of 1961.

There are many self financing private colleges that conduct admissions on the basis of KLEE. On the basis of which college you select, the free structure will vary. It will also depend on whether you take admission in a 5 year integrated LLB course or a 3 year Bachelor of Law (LL.B) programme. Since you have completed a graduation degree, you are eligible to apply for admission to the three year Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree. The integrated law course of BA LLB is for candidates who have not completed an undergraduate degree and have just passed class 12th.

The eligibility criteria to appear for KLEE (Kerala Law Entrance Exam) for LLB states that candidates should have a bachelor's degree in any stream with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
