KLEE 2025 Application Form (Closed)

KLEE 2025 Application Form: The KLEE 2025 application form was open until May 19, 2025. Meanwhile, the form correction facility closed on May 23, 2025. Previously, the KLEE LLB 2025 application form was released on May 7, 2025, online.

Meanwhile, CEE Kerala has released the list of applicants whose Kerala LLB 2025 application form or their submitted documents have defects. Those on the said list must correct the discrepancies by July 3, 3 pm via the "Candidate Portal".

The main stages of the KLEE LLB application form include registering, signing into the portal, filling out the details of the form, uploading documents, paying the fee, form submission, and taking the printout of the acknowledgement page. Please note that the KLEE application fee payment has to be made online via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet banking.

Documents for Kerala LLB 2025 Application Form

Before filling up the Kerala LL.B 2025 application form, you must be ready with the following documents:

• Class 10 mark sheet
• Class 10 passing certificate (to be used to verify applicant’s age)
• Scanned copies of the qualifying examination’s mark sheets and certificates.
• Applicant’s photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• Nativity proof.

Step by Step Process to Apply for KLEE 2025

The Kerala LLB 2025 application form can be filled up in five steps. The step-by-step procedure to fill the Kerala LL.B entrance exam 2025 is mentioned below:

1. Registration

4. Upload Certificates and Documents
5. Confirmation Page

Step 1: Registration

• You need to register for the Kerala LLB 2025 entrance exam. After registration, you will get an application number. Further, you need to create a password which will be used while logging into the website. 
• Students should create a strong password which fulfils the requirements mentioned below:

1. a minimum length of 8 characters
2. a minimum of one alphabet character [a-z or A-Z]
3.  a minimum of one number (0-9) 
4.  a minimum of one symbol [! @ # $ % ^ & * ]

Step 2: Filling of the Application Form

Once done, you need to fill out the application form with the required details after going through the prospectus carefully. The details provided should be correct as the wrong information may lead to the cancellation of the application form. All compulsory details of the application must be filled out by the applicant. After filling in the required details, applicants make sure that they have provided the correct information. Finally, applicants must click on the ‘ save and finalize’.

The following details that you have to mention in their application form include:

• Personal Information: Enter the name of the candidate and date of birth.
• Education Details: Fill in their Class 10 and 12 marks. Those who are applying for the 3-year LL.B course should provide their graduation certificate along with their school education certificates. 
• Communication Details: Enter the permanent address and the contact details of the candidates. 
• Select Exam Centres: You can select any three examination centres according to their order of preference. All the examination centres for conducting KLEE 2025 will be across the state of Kerala.
• Submit the Application Form: Before hitting the submit button you should thoroughly cross-check all the details entered in the KLEE 2025 application form.

Step 3: Pay Application Fee

Applicants will have to pay an amount of INR 650/- as an application fee. Those belonging to SC or ST categories will have to pay INR 325/- as application fees. The application fee may be submitted online or offline mode

Two payment methods are available for remitting the application fee.

•  Online Payment
•  E-Challan

1. Online Payment

• Visit the official website.
• Go to the ‘Pay Application Fee’ tab.
• Submit the fee through any of the online payment modes including debit card/ credit card or net banking. 

  2. Offline Payment

• Visit the official website.
• Take the printout of the E-Challan by clicking the link ‘Print E-Challan’.
• Payment of the challan can be made to any of the Head and Sub Post Offices available in Kerala.

Step 4: Uploading of Certificates and Documents

Individuals need to attach a scanned copy of the required documents along with their Photograph and Signature. The format and size of the required documents have been mentioned below. 

The list of certificates required to fill up the Kerala LL.B 2025 application form are:

• Certificates obtained from Tahsildar for verification of community in the case of SC/ST candidates. 
• Inter-Caste Marriage Certificate issued by Tahsildar.
• Non-Creamy Layer certificate specifying the community of the candidate from the Village Officer. 
• Income Certificates from the village officer concerned in the prescribed format in the case of candidates belonging to the communities listed in Annexure IV (a), whose family income is up to Rs. 6 lakhs. 
• Certificate in support of special reservation, if applicable (in the prescribed format). 
• Certificate to prove Age: Relevant page of SSLC/Birth Certificate/Passport. 
• Attested copy of the certificate from the Medical Board for Persons with Disabilities. 
• Any other documents mentioned in the notification of the entrance examination.

Step 5: Confirmation Page

You need to take a printout of the confirmation page which will appear after the completion of the whole application procedure. The printout might be needed in the latter stage of the registration process. Students must take note that the hard copy of the KLEE 2025 application form must not be sent to the CEE Kerala office. 

KLEE 2025 Application Fees

Candidates need to pay the application fee while submitting the KLEE 2025 form. The application for candidates belonging to the General and Reserved categories will be mentioned below.
