General Knowledge with Current Affairs

For the General Knowledge with Current Affairs, around 6 - 7 questions were asked from History, some were from Science, Economics, important days, Maharashtra, 3 from Geography, important projects, 4 questions from Polity, 4 from Art and Culture, 1 from Nobel Prize, etc. Unlike slot 1, in slot 2, the majority of the questions were from Static GK.

Logical and Analytical Reasoning

In this segment, some problems were maths-based, like train and speed calculation, ages, etc, unlike slot 1. 1 question each was from Sequence, Clock and Calendar, Syllogism, Number Series, Linear Arrangement, Analogy, Coding-Decoding, Odd-One out. 2 - 3 problems were on the concept of Blood Relations, which included indirect puzzles. 2 were from Statement and Argument, 2 from Assumptions, etc.

English

In English, 2 passages were there for the RC, which included 5 questions each. Active Passive Voice, Direct and Indirect Speech, Degree, Vocabulary such as Synonyms, Antonyms, Fill-in-the-blanks, One-word substitution, Para-jumbles, Error detection, Spell checking, etc, were the key topics on which the questions were framed.

Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning

Half of the questions were based on legal aptitude, such as principle fact-based, assumptions, etc and the rest on Legal GK, such as the Indian Constitution, Fundamental Rights. Case studies were provided, and questions were asked about them.

MH CET Law 2022  Exam Analysis - Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning

• Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning are assessed in this part of the exam. This section contains 40 questions.
• There were ten questions in the Principle sets topics and they were fairly easy in the Slot 1.
• Assertion and Reason had one question, and Legal Reasoning had 29 questions in Slot 1.
• As per MH CET Law 2022 exam analysis, Slot 1 was comparatively little easy than Slot 2.
• Candidates should know that questions in MH CET Law 2022 Slot 2 were only focused on Legal Reasoning. No questions were asked from Principle Sets or Assertion & Reason.

The English section of MH CET Law 2021 was quite easy and candidates could attempt all the questions.

General Knowledge and Current Affairs Section

The section of General Knowledge and Current Affairs in MH CET Law 2021 was moderate and questions were asked from both static GK and current affairs.

Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning Section

The points listed below provide an analysis of the Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning section of MH CET Law 2021.

• All the 40 questions were based on Legal Reasoning.
• A total of around 39 questions were based on Principle followed by Facts.
• Only one question was based on 2 Principles.

• One Venn Diagram was provided, and four questions were asked about it.
• Other important topics included coding-decoding, syllogisms, and conclusions.

MH CET Law 2020 Paper Analysis

• A total of 120 minutes were given for the five components of the paper.
• MH CET Law 2020 had an easy to moderate difficulty level. According to the applicants who took the MH CET Law 2020 exam, it was a tricky challenge.
