NEET Biology Syllabus 2024

NEET Biology Syllabus has been released by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Usually, the National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the updated syllabus, but this year, NMC has released the reduced NEET Syllabus 2024 PDF. Few changes have been observed regarding the addition and removal of topics from the NEET Biology syllabus 2024. Candidates can download the NEET Biology Syllabus PDF released by NMC on its official website.

NMC has reduced the syllabus because of the changes in the new NCERT book’s syllabus. The syllabus of new NCERT books varies from the syllabus of old NCERT books, hence, it was crucial to implement these changes in the new syllabus. Many topics and chapters are added and removed from the NEET Biology syllabus. Candidates studying Old NCERT books for NEET Biology preparations are not required to buy new books because only a few new topics are added to the syllabus, mostly the syllabus has been reduced. Keep Reading to get a gist of newly added topics, removed chapters, important topics, NEET Biology chapter-wise weightage and best book recommendations.

In order to get a seat in MBBS college offering low fees, students have to aim to secure marks higher than 650. Only then, you'll be able to get into a government college where fees are on the lower side. If students score around 500-550 marks, they can opt for these institutions that have slightly lower fees than others.
