3) Use login credentials - application number and password to sign in

5) Download the pdf of NEET response sheet 2025 for your reference
To challenge NEET response sheet 2025, students must follow these steps within the time period allotted by the NEET officials -
1) Log in with link available on NTA’s website
2) Challenge all answers of the NEET 2025 OMR sheet that you find are incorrect
3) Pay the fees of Rs. 200 per question to submit your query
4) Download the NEET OMR sheet 2025 confirmation slip for future references
Students are provided with a ballpoint pen during the exam to fill the OMR sheet of NEET 2025. One must ensure they grade in the correct circle and the shade must not cross the boundary. Aspirants must avoid scribbling of any kind in the OMR sheet of NEET UG 2025.
Apart form the circles where students have to shade their answers, one must fill out/ check other details like:
- Roll number
- Test booklet number
- Test booklet code
- Answer sheet number
- Candidate’s name and signature
- Father’s name
- Mother’s name
