Steps to Register for OJEE 2026 Exam

Before starting with the OJEE application form 2026 you must register yourself at the official website. Given below are the steps that can be followed by students to register for OJEE 2026 in online mode. 

  • Go to the official link for the OJEE application form 2026 https://ojee.nic.in/
  • Select the “Candidate’s Registration for OJEE-2026” option.
  • Click on "View More".
  • Under Candidate Activity Board, click again on "Candidate’s Registration for OJEE-2026".
  • Click 'OK' on the pop-up button.
  • Open the page "Registered Candidate Sign In".
  • For new registration, scroll down and click on “Fresh Candidate Registration".
  • Read the Instructions and Procedure for the online submission of the Application Form.
  • Click on “I Agree”.

  • Click on the confirm pop-up and enter "Yes".
  • Enter your personal Details, your name, father’s name, mother’s name, D.O.B., and gender as per your Class 10 certificate.
  • Enter your valid Mobile Number and Email ID
  • A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to these for verification.
  • Select a Security Question and Enter the Answer. 
  • Submit to obtain your Application Number.

OJEE 2026 Application Form Process

The OJEE 2026 Application Form is available online, and no further offline options will be provided. You can start filling out the registration form that was announced on January 28, 2026. During the application process, you must provide your personal, educational, and communication details and upload a scanned image of your photograph and signature in the required format.

After submitting the application form, a correction facility will be available for making necessary changes. The deadline for submitting the OJEE 2026 Application Form is March 22, 2026. You are advised to keep a printed copy of the confirmation page for future reference. Here is the step-by-step process from registration to submission of the OJEE 2026 application form.

  1. Registration Process: To begin, students must visit the official OJEE website and fill out the registration form. Upon completion, an ID and password will be sent to their email, allowing them to proceed with the application. If the student has already registered, they can simply log in with their application number, password, and security pin.
  2. Application Form: After registering, students must select the correct application form based on the course they are applying for. They will need to enter their academic qualifications, preferred course, and exam centre details.
  3. Choice Filling: Students should select their preferred courses and colleges from the available list, prioritising them in order of preference. It’s important to save these choices, as they affect seat allocation.
  4. Locking Process: Once the choices are filled and reviewed, students must lock their preferences. After locking, no changes can be made. A confirmation message will be sent to the student's registered contact details.
  5. Uploading Documents: Students must upload scanned images of their documents in the specified formats (JPG). The photograph must be between 20KB and 200KB, the thumb impression between 1KB and 30KB, and the signature between 20KB and 200KB. All documents should be uploaded at once, as partial uploads are not allowed.
  6. Payment: The next step is to make the required payment. Students can pay through a Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or an offline e-challan form. The application fee is INR 1000 for Forms A, B, C, D, and F and INR 1500 for Form E.
  7. Confirmation Page: After completing all the steps and submitting the application, a confirmation page will be generated. Students should download and print this page, as it serves as proof of successful application submission. The confirmation page can be re-downloaded if needed.

When selecting OJEE 2026 test cities, you should keep the following points in mind:

  • Students can select up to three preferred test cities while filling out the OJEE application form.

  • It is recommended that you select an exam centre city that is convenient to you.

  • If you are selecting an exam centre that is far from your location, you should arrange your transport and accommodation in advance.

  • The OJEE Cell reserves the right to change or adjust the exam centres based on the number of students appearing for the exam.

  • The OJEE exam centre and city details will be mentioned on the OJEE admit card.

  • Once the application form is submitted, the chosen test centres cannot be changed.

How to Apply for Special OJEE /2nd OJEE 2026

Special OJEE is held to fill vacant seats in engineering, medical, or other professional courses in colleges and universities in Odisha. The application forms for OJEE and Special OJEE are different. The Special OJEE application forms are typically released after the OJEE exam results are announced. Students who couldn’t take the OJEE exam but still want admission through the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination can apply for the Special OJEE.

How to Apply

  1. Go to the official OJEE website.

  2. Click on the link for 'Registration for 2nd/Special OJEE Examination'.

  3. Enter details like your name, email ID, mobile number, etc., and create a password.

  4. Submit your details and receive an application ID after confirmation.

  5. Log in using your application number and password to fill out the application form.

  6. Pay the application fee of INR 1,000 online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. If applying for more than one course, an additional fee of INR 500 per course is required. Wait for the payment status to update.

  7. After confirmation, submit the application form and print a copy for future reference.

Who Can Apply for Special OJEE

Students from states other than Odisha are not eligible for admission to government colleges but can apply to private colleges. Students who have a rank or have appeared in JEE Main 2026 or OJEE 2026 do not need to take the Special OJEE exam.
