The CMS 2020 admit card will be issued to those candidates who have fulfilled the CMS 2020 eligibility criteria of the entrance examination. The admit card for CMSE 2020 will be issued to the eligible candidates three weeks prior to the commencement of the CMSE 2020 entrance examination. The eligible candidates were able to download the CMS admit card for the year 2020 from i.e. upsconline.nic.in/eadmitcard/admitcard_cms_2019/
The E-admit card is only made available online and no candidate is sent their admit cards personally. The candidates are also made available with a demo module for a computer-based mode of the CMSE 2019 examination along with the E-admit card for CMSE 2019 on the official website of the UPSC.
The exam centers are mentioned in the admit card for the convenience of the candidates and if in case, the candidates reach any other center for the CMSE 2020 examination other than the one mentioned on their CMSE 2019 admit card, then their candidature will be cancelled.
In case, the candidate does not find his/her admit card on the official UPSC website by the due date, then the candidate must contact the Commission without any further delay. Any candidate without the possession of his/her admit card will not be, under any circumstances, allowed to sit in the entrance examination.

The following pointers will explain briefly to the candidates regarding what they need to do to download the CMS 2020 admit card:
Firstly, the candidates have to visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), i.e https://upsc.gov.in/
The candidates will land on the official homepage of the UPSC website
Next, the candidates have to click on the “Admit Cards” tab which will be available on their right-hand side
Once clicked, the candidates will be taken to a new page where they will find a link by the name- “e-Admit Cards for Various Examinations of UPSC”. The candidates have to click on the link
Once clicked, they will again be taken to a new page with the link to download the CMSE 2020 e-Admit Card which they have to click on
A page will appear in front of the candidates where they will be required to enter their credentials such as Date of Birth, Registration ID, Roll Number etc
Once the candidates have filled in all the textboxes, they need to ensure that they have entered the right information and then click on the “Submit” button
The admit card for CMSE 2019 will appear on the screen which should be downloaded by them
Here are some important facts about the CMS 2020 e-Admit Card which the candidates must be aware of while downloading the admit card for the CMSE entrance exam 2020:
The e-Admit Cards for CMSE 2020 will be issued for only the eligible candidates who have qualified the CMSE 2019 eligibility criteria
The admit card will only be available online and will not be sent to the candidates by UPSC via any means
The candidates must provide a valid email address during the filling up of the online application forms for CMSE 2019 through which UPSC will communicate with the candidates regarding CMS 2020
If a candidate’s e-Admit Card is not issued within the due date and the candidate fails to bring this issue in the notice of the Commission by at least two weeks prior to the start of the exam, then the candidate will be solely responsible for not able to get his/her admit card
The candidates must verify all the details mentioned in the CMS 2020 admit card and any discrepancies must be immediately reported to the Commission
The candidates have to carry the admit card issued to them to their respective examination centres, otherwise, they will not be allowed to sit in the exam
The e-Admit card for CMSE 2019 will not imply that the Commission has accepted the candidature of such candidates
In case a candidate has downloaded more than one copy of the admit card from the official website, then he/she will be allowed to use only one of those to appear in the examination
After the candidates have downloaded their CMS 2020 e-Admit Card, they must cross-check all the details mentioned in there. In case the candidates find any discrepancy in the CMSE 2020 admit card, then they must immediately report the same to the Commission. The candidates can also contact the same authority in case their admit card has not been issued within the due date.
