Download JEE Main 2021 question paper pdf for practice from this page. JEE Main 2021 was conducted by NTA four times due to the pandemic in February, March, July, and September. Session 1 was conducted from February 23 to 26, 2021. Session 2 was conducted from March 16 to 18, 2021. Session 3 was conducted from July 20, 22, 25, 27, 2021. Session 4 was conducted from August 26, 27, and 31 to September 1 and 2, 2021.

The JEE Main 2021 exam was conducted online and the drawing test of JEE Main 2021 Paper II was held in Pen and paper mode. JEE Main 2021 was considered moderately difficult due to the challenging Mathematics paper. As per the NATA 2021 paper analysis, about 60% of the questions in the exam were from Class 12th’s syllabus and 40% of the questions were from Class 11th’s syllabus. Mathematics was difficult, Chemistry was considered moderate and Physics was slightly easier. The Physics paper was easier because most questions were easy and based on NCERT. However, the Maths paper was considered lengthy and Chemistry questions were easier for students who had a good understanding of the concepts.

JEE Main 2021 Exam Difficulty Level February Session

The JJEE Main 2021 question paper was of moderate difficulty level. The Chemistry section had questions related to polymers, biomolecules, everyday life, mixed concepts, and substitution reactions. All questions in all three subjects were covered in the syllabus. The choices within the questions provided significant aid. The Physics section had many questions related to atoms and nuclei, while the organic part of Chemistry had more questions.   • Difficulty level - moderate.

  • More weightage from Mathematics was given to topics like vector algebra and coordinate geometry.

  • Difficulty level - easy to moderate.

  • Most questions from the general aptitude part were tricky while the mathematics section was considered very easy.

  • Conceptual and numerical problems were asked.

  • Electrostatics, kinematics, and waves were the key topics.

  • The numerical questions were not time taking.

  • Organic Chemistry, Chemical Bonding, and Physical Chemistry.

  • The questions were direct and asked from NCERT entirely..

  • Organic chemistry was asked from topics such as mechanisms, reactions, and identification of compounds.
