AIBE 2018 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern of AIBE 2019 XIII has been announced on September 26, 2018. Candidates should know the exam pattern of AIBE 2019 XIII to prepare accordingly for the exam.  AIBE 2019 XIII exam pattern will give candidates a good idea of the kind of topics, total marks, marking scheme, the sequence of questions and duration of the exam.

Candidates will be evaluated on topics such as Environmental Law, Cyber Law, Public Interest Litigation, Cyber Law and Industrial Laws. The paper will be of total 100 marks, each question will carry 1 mark and there is no negative marking. Candidates will get 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete the exam, and the paper will have multiple choice questions wherein 4 options will be given and candidates will have to choose one. 

AIBE XII 2018 will be an offline test (pen & paper-based test). AIBE will be organised in 11 languages and candidates will have the choice to take the examination in any one of the languages. OMR Answer sheets will be given to the candidates to mark the answers. It is mandatory for candidates to use ballpoint pen only, for all the entries in the OMR Answer sheet including the filling of bubbles. If more than one answer is answered in response to a question, then it will be considered as a wrong answer.

  • The question paper will consist of total 100 questions of the objective type from 20 subjects.
  • These 20 subjects will be divided into Category-I and Category-II.
  • Each subject of Category-I will have 7 questions while Category-II subjects will have 23 questions in total.
  • The total time duration will be 3 hours 30 minutes.

  • Each correct question will be awarded one mark.
