To practice law officially in India, law aspirants need to clear AIBE which is a big task in itself due to its highly competitive nature. The written exam will take place in 40 cities across India in 11 languages. It is expected to be conducted in the month of December as per the previous year stats. It is an open book exam wherein candidates can carry their study materials with them. Candidates need to score a minimum of 40% to clear AIBE and an advocate who doesn’t have this certificate is not eligible to practice law in India.

Applicants can register for AIBE XV only in the online mode and they need to fill in their personal details, question paper language preference and exam centre preference.

AIBE XV exam has a total of 100 questions to be completed in three hours and thirty minutes. Maximum marks that one can score is 100 and the questions are objective in nature. The exam will be conducted in offline mode. Each question has one mark and there is no negative marking.
