The National Testing Agency conducted the CMAT 2024 exam in computer-based test mode on May 15, 2024, in two shifts. The question paper for CMAT 2024 had 100 MCQs from five sections, Quantitative Technique and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Each section had 20 questions for 80 marks, making the exam a total of 400 marks. The overall difficulty level of the exam for both shifts was easy to moderate. CMAT 2024 shift 1 question paper was easy to moderate. Most questions in the GK section were from the static GK, and the difficulty level was moderate. The DI section had one set containing three questions. The Verbal Ability was a bit challenging while the Innovation and Entrepreneurship section was easy to moderate. CMAT 2024 shift 2 question paper was rated as easy to moderate. The Logical Reasoning and English Language Comprehension sections were easier compared to shift 1. The quant section was quite tricky and challenging, with most questions focusing on Geometry. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship questions were somewhat similar to shift 1, with two common questions between the two slots. The General Awareness section was also moderately challenging in terms of difficulty level.
