IGNOU OPENMAT result 2020 will be declared by IGNOU on its official website www.ntaignou.nic.in. The result of IGNOU OPENMAT 2020 can be checked by visiting the above website. Candidates can only be able to check their IGNOU OPENMAT result by using their enrolment number. IGNOU OPENMAT is conducted by Indira Gandhi National Open University, for admission to its MBA program. The test assesses the candidate’s aptitude in Management and apart from MBA, this test is also considered for admission
Apart from MBA, IGNOU OPENMAT is also used for admission to various other management programmes offered by the School of Management Studies under IGNOU.

To check the results of IGNOU OPENMAT, candidates need to follow the steps given below
IGNOU OPENMAT scorecard will be available in online mode from the official website of the university. The examination conducting authority will send it to the candidate’s registered address within 6 to 7 weeks from the date of examination. The scorecard will have details of the overall marks and subject-wise marks scored by the candidates along with their qualifying status. Depending on the score, candidates can be selected for MBA programmes.
There are a few important things regarding the IGNOU OPENMAT Result which the candidates should be aware of
Candidates who qualify for admission will have to apply on the admission form in the prospectus to the Regional Director along with the fee of INR 1800 per course and documents at the concerned Regional Centre.
Then students can choose to take admission in either of the two semesters, those who qualify in Aug OPENMAT can take admission in the semester beginning in January or July.
The candidate who qualifies for February OPENMAT can take admission in the semester beginning in July or January next year.

Attested Copies of Certificates in support of educational qualification(s).
Print out of this Result Card.
Paste your recent photograph and sign in the box provided above.
Hall Ticket duly signed by candidate and invigilator.
Experience certificate wherever required.
Category certificate of SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Identity Card duly filled up.
Demand Draft of the appropriate amount ( INR 1800/- per course) drawn in favor of IGNOU and payable at the city where your Regional Centre is located.
Candidates who pass on the basis of the marks secured in the entrance examination will become eligible for admission to the management programme in any of the two semesters.
The candidates who appear for IGNOU OPENMAT will get the result cards stating their status (qualifying or not qualifying). Only those candidates who qualify will be eligible to apply for the management course.
Candidates who do not receive the result card within one week of the date of dispatch, candidates may contact the Regional Centre under which their test centre falls. Candidates will not be allowed to request for a duplicate result card after the last date of submission of the admission form. Candidates who qualify can even download the result card from IGNOU’s website.
IGNOU OPENMAT cut-off is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates have to secure to qualify the examination and become eligible for the further admission process. Based on IGNOU OPENMAT cut-off score, candidates will be included in the final merit list. The cut-off of OPENMAT XLIV is expected to remain on similar lines as that of previous years. On the basis of IGNOU OPENMAT cut-off, candidates will be selected for admission to the MBA programmes.
