Surface Chemistry deals with the study of chemical reactions occurring at surfaces, or at the surface and two different phases. It is one of the most important topics from the Chemistry section of the JEE Main entrance exam. The JEE Main Surface Chemistry Practice Questions with Solutions provide a lot of questions and solutions from this chapter for students to practice thoroughly and master this topic. Surface chemistry is an important topic from the Chemistry section of the JEE Main entrance exam, and therefore, requires more practice. You may expect at least 1 or 2 questions appearing from this chapter in the JEE Main’s question paper. The questions asked will involve both conceptual-type and numerical-based questions. So, it is recommended for students to study the topic well, so that they can solve both types of questions from this part easily. JEE Main aspirants can take the surface chemistry practice test whenever they want, as per their convenience. Through these tests, they can later assess their performance and focus on areas that need improvement.
Some of the important topics asked in the JEE Main entrance exam from the surface chemistry chapter are Adsorption, Emulsions, Colloids, Preparation & Purification of Colloids, Catalysis, and Applications of surface chemistry in daily life and industries. JEE Main aspirants must practice questions from all these important topics to be able to solve all problems from this part easily. The types of questions asked include multiple-choice types and assertion-reason types. The JEE Main Surface Chemistry Practice Test usually contains 10 to 15 multiple-choice questions from all the important topics, as well as its solutions for students to understand the concepts well. Practising the JEE Main Surface Chemistry Practice Questions with Solutions on a regular basis will allow candidates to recall all the basic concepts of surface chemistry accurately and easily. It will also improve the speed and accuracy of students, which is important for solving questions quickly in the exam. It is advised for students to solve at least 10 questions on surface chemistry from these practice tests every week. Practice tests also help students to improve their time management skills for the JEE Main exam.
