The JEECUP exam pattern 2026 suggests that the entrance exam will be held in online mode, in a CBT format. The total marks of the exam are 400 marks for 100 questions. There is no negative marking for incorrect responses or unattempted questions.

About JEECUP Exam Pattern 2026

The JEECUP 2026 Exam Pattern has been published by the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, on its official portal. It offers a detailed framework of the entrance exam by explaining the exam structure, marking scheme, section-wise weightage, exam mode, exam duration, and other important information. According to the JEECUP 2026 Exam Pattern, the exam will be conducted in computer-based test format, in online mode, for a duration of 150 minutes. There will be a total of 100 questions in the entrance exam, for 400 marks in total. Each correct answer will fetch 4 marks and there is no negative marking for incorrect responses. 

The  JEECUP 2026 Exam is scheduled to be conducted from May 15 to 22, 2026. Therefore, it is advised to all applicants to acquire an idea of the JEECUP 2026 exam pattern to curate a better preparation strategy. The subjects included in the JEECUP exam vary group-wise, and therefore, the weightage is also different from one another.
