Candidates qualifying the JNU CEEB 2019 entrance exam can take admission into various participating colleges/ universities that accept JNU CEEB scores. JNU CEEB 2019 is scheduled to be conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) from 27th - 30th May 2019 (31st May 2019 as a reserve day) for the candidates willing to take admission into postgraduate Biotechnology courses offered by the university as well as its participating colleges/institutions. On the basis of the JNU CEEB 2019 result and JNU CEEB 2019 cut-off, candidates will be able to take admission into the participating colleges/ universities of JNU CEEB 2019.

After taking the entrance examination, candidates must check the list of participating institutes of JNU CEEB 2019 to get an idea about which of the institutes are offering the admission to the eligible and qualified candidates. It must be noted by the candidates that once the result of JNU CEEB 2019 is declared and the counselling process of JNU CEEB 2019 is over, candidates will be allotted seats based on the number of seats available, their rank and the programme. Also, in order to complete the admission procedure, candidates who have qualified the exam will have to report to the allotted college.

Candidates should always choose a college/ university that has all the basic and necessary facilities such as, the condition of the classrooms, campus, state of the building, halls, libraries, canteen area etc.

Fee Structure:

Before choosing a college, candidates should have knowledge about the fee structure of various institutes/colleges. The fee structure of every college varies from each other, therefore, candidates should choose a college/university according to their budget.


Candidates should check for the college’s placement process and the rate of successful placements before taking admission into it. Candidates should choose a college where the placement is guaranteed after completion of the course.

Faculty of the College:

The faculty of the institute/ college is also one of the essential factors which should be taken into consideration while choosing a college. A college that has a well- experienced and qualified faculty should be the first preference of the candidates.
