Kerala LLB 2023 Application Form (Closed)

Kerala LLB 2023 Application Form: Kerala LLB 2023 application process for both 5-Year LLB and 3-Year LLB has ended. The dates were revised recently and the application form could be submitted by the aspirants by July 26, 2023, 2 PM and 4 PM respectively. Aspirants can take the KLEE 2023 exam on August 6 for 5-Year and August 13, for 3-Year LLB.

Additionally, the candidates for 5-Year LLB can crosscheck their application form for any existing defects. Those who notice any error in their uploaded photograph and signature can correct the same before July 27, 4 PM. 

The previous last date of submitting the application form for 5-Year LLB was July 19, 2023, (4 PM), while for 3-Year LLB was July 20, 2023, (5 PM).  Only the aspirants who registered for Kerala LLB 2023 is submitted, will be able to download the admit card of Kerala LLB when it is released by the CEE (Commissioner for Entrance Examination).

Step by Step Process to Apply for Kerala LLB 2023

The Kerala LL.B 2023 application form can be filled up in five steps. The step-by-step procedure to fill the Kerala LL.B entrance exam 2023 is mentioned below:

  1. Registration
  2. Filling up the Application Form
  3. Pay Application Fee
  4. Upload Certificates and Documents
  5. Confirmation Page

Step 1: Registration

  • Applicants need to register themselves for the Kerala LLB 2023 entrance exam. Candidates will get an application number. Further, the candidates need to create a password which will be used while logging into the website. 
  • Applicants should create a strong password which fulfils the requirement mentioned below:
  1. a minimum length of 8 characters
  2. a minimum of one alphabet character [a-z or A-Z]
  3.  a minimum of one number (0-9) 
  4.  a minimum of one symbol [! @ # $ % ^ & * ]

Step 2: Filling of Application Form

Applicants need to fill the application form with the required details after going through the prospectus carefully. The details provided should be correct as the wrong information may lead to the cancellation of the application form. All compulsory details of the application must be filled out by the applicant. After filling in the required details, applicants make sure that they have provided the correct information. Finally, applicants must click on the ‘ save and finalize’.

The following details that the candidates have to mention in their application form are:

  • Personal Information: Enter the name of the candidate and date of birth.
  • Education Details: Candidates have to fill in their Class 10 and 12 marks. Those candidates who are applying for the 3-year LL.B course should provide their graduation certificate along with their school education certificates. 
  • Communication Details: Enter the permanent address and the contact details of the candidates. 
  • Select Exam Centres: Candidates can select any three examination centres according to their order of preference. All the examination centres for conducting KLEE 2023 will be across the state of Kerala.
  • Submit the Application Form: Before hitting the submit button candidates should thoroughly cross-check all the details entered in the KLEE 2023 application form.

Step 3: Pay Application Fee

Applicants will have to pay an amount of INR 650/- as an application fee. Candidates belonging to SC or ST categories will have to pay INR 325/- as application fees. The application fee may be submitted online or offline mode

Two payment methods are available for remitting the application fee.

  1. Online Payment

  • Visit the official website.
  • Go to the ‘Pay Application Fee’ tab.
  • Submit the fee through any of the online payment modes including debit card/ credit card or net banking. 

  2. Offline Payment

  • Visit the official website.
  • Take the printout of the E-Challan by clicking the link ‘Print E-Challan’.
  • Payment of the challan can be made to any of the Head and Sub Post Offices available in Kerala.

Step 4: Uploading of Certificates and Documents

Applicants need to attach a scanned copy of required documents along with their Photograph and Signature. The format and size of the required documents have been mentioned below.

List of certificates required to fill up the Kerala LL.B 2023 application form are:

  • The candidates have to show their nativity proof, so any one of the documents mentioned under clause 6 (i). 
  • Certificates obtained from Tahsildar for verification of community in the case of SC/ST candidates. 
  • Inter-Caste marriage certificate: Candidates who are the children of Inter-Caste married a couple of whom one is SC/ST, need to upload an Inter-Caste Marriage Certificate issued by Tahsildar. Candidates who are children of Inter- Caste married couple with either of the parents belonging to a community included in SEBC need to upload a Non-Creamy Layer certificate specifying the community of the candidate from the Village Officer. 
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in the prescribed format in original from the concerned Village Officer for community reservation/fee concession claims in the case of SEBC/OEC candidates. Non-Creamy Layer/Community and Income Certificates from the village officer concerned in the prescribed format in the case of candidates belonging to the communities listed in Annexure IV (a), whose family income is up to Rs. 6 lakhs. 
  • Certificate in support of special reservation, if applicable (in the prescribed format). 
  • Certificate to prove Age: Relevant page of SSLC/Birth Certificate/Passport. 
  • Attested copy of the certificate from the Medical Board for Persons with Disabilities. 
  • Any other documents mentioned in the notification of the entrance examination.

Step 5: Confirmation Page

Applicants need to take a printout of the confirmation page which will appear after the completion of the whole application procedure. The printout might be needed in the latter stage of the registration process. Candidates must take note that the hard copy of the KLEE 2023 application form must not be sent to the CEE Kerala office.
