The NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Choice Filling & Locking process was extended again up to December 14, 2025, up to 10 am. The NEET PG Choice Filling 2025 is a crucial part of the counselling process that allows students to shortlist their desired list of medical colleges for admission. It is conducted right after the counselling registration process concludes, and only those who have successfully paid for their counselling registration fees are allowed to partake in the choice-filling process.

Once the NEET PG Choice Filling and Choice Locking are completed, the MCC will conduct the seat allotment process based on the choices entered by the students. Apart from the preferences, the list of colleges will be assigned to students based on the seat matrix, reservation criteria, admission cutoff, and merit list.
