The NEET PG 2026 city intimation slip will be released in July 2026, online on the official website. In 2026, the NBEMS added more exam centres to the list, providing proper accommodation to the large number of students who have registered for the upcoming entrance exam. Students were eligible to select their desired exam centres from June 2026. The following list of centres enlisted for conducting the NEET PG 2026 entrance examination in different cities has been published on the official website.
In the previous year, the NEET PG entrance exam was reportedly conducted in 256 cities all over the country. All candidates are eligible to choose their preferred institution from the list of NEET PG exam centres 2026 to appear for the upcoming examination. Here are the steps to choose NEET PG 2026 Exam Centres:
Candidates will be provided a series of options to choose from for their preferred NEET PG exam centre 2026 during the registration process.
While filling out the application form, all candidates must be very careful with selecting their preferred exam centres as after submitting the same, they cannot make any further changes to their preference.
After successfully submitting the NEET PG application form 2026, the candidates will be asked to select their preference for NEET PG exam centres 2026, which will be assigned based on a first-come, first-served and the number of seats available.
All candidates must choose their preferred state and city for NEET PG exam centres 2026. Each person is eligible to select up to three preferences at most.

All candidates must carry the following documents listed below to the NEET PG exam centres 2026 on the day of the examination. In case a candidate fails to produce either of these documents, they will not be allowed to take the test.

Candidates can choose the option "others" from the list of States/UTs when giving preference for NEET PG 2026 exam centres during the online submission of the application form if the exam city is not available in the state/UT where they wish to appear in NEET PG 2026.
The NBE will do everything possible to ensure the candidates are assigned to their preferred NEET PG exam centres 2026.
Whenever a NEET PG exam centre is unavailable in the concerned State for logistical, administrative, or other reasons, another testing centre will be allocated nearby immediately.
If a candidate selects "others," they will be notified of the testing city by a specific date.
