Important Points Regarding NEET SS Application 2024 Documents

Candidates must make sure to follow these points while uploading documents during the NEET SS 2024 Registration process:

• The photograph should be coloured with white background

• Signature should have a white background

• The signature must be in blue/ black pen only (preferably fountain pen)

• The thumb must be an impression of the aspirant’s thumb with a white background

• The image should have a clear impression of the candidate’s left thumb

NEET SS Application Form 2024 - Image Upload Instructions

In order to apply for NEET SS 2024 Registration, candidates need to submit important documents. NBE mentioned a few guidelines that students need to follow while uploading important documents for NEET SS Registration. Here we have mentioned comprehensively about those guidelines. 

Photograph

• Candidates need to upload two photos to the NEET SS 2024 Application portal. 

• The image should be real-time, taken webcam or the inbuilt camera of the computer/laptop.

• The photograph must have a white or light-coloured background.

• The full face, eyes, ears, neck, and shoulder of the candidate must be visible.

• In order to click the photo, entrants must click on the “Capture Photo” option provided at the bottom of the NEET SS 2024 application form. 

Photo Scanning Process

• Before scanning, candidates must draw a circle on a white paper of dimensions 35x45 cm.

• Next, applicants need to paste their photograph inside the box.

• Set the scanner resolution to 200 dpi minimum.

• Set the colour of the scanner to “True Tone”

• Place the sheet of paper face down on the surface of the scanner.

• Crop the image as per the border of the image.

• Set the format of the image to “jpg/jgeg”.

Signature

• Candidates must draw a box of dimensions 1.5 cm (height) x 3.5 cm (width).

• Applicants must use either black or a pen for their signature.

• Click the photo of the signature under bright light.

• The resolution of the picture must be within 5 megapixels.

• Avoid using any flash light.

• Applicants must note that there should not be any shadow, scratches, or over writing on the signature.

• Transfer the picture to a computer/laptop.

• Crop the image as per the border lines.

• The size of the image must be between 20kb to 100kb.

Thumb Impression

• In order to upload the thumb impression, candidates must draw a box of 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm (width x height) on white paper.

• Candidates can use only blue or black ink pad for the thumb impression.

• Place the thumb on the ink pad and gently press within the box on the paper.

• Make sure the thumb impression is neither too dark, nor too light.

• Place the paper on the scanning machine.

• Set the dimension to 200dpi and colour to “True Tone”.

How to Fill NEET SS 2024 Application Form?

Candidates are advised to first go through the Instructions given and a description of the application before continuing to fill out the online application form. Students may check the detailed application process mentioned below before filling the NEET SS 2024 admission form:

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website of UP NEET SS 2024.

• Click on the UP NEET SS application form and candidate login.

• Candidates will have to register themselves. 

• After registration, User ID and Password will be sent through SMS and Email ID. 

Step 2: Form Filling

• Using the User ID and password sent after registration, candidates will have to log into the website.

• After logging in, candidates will be redirected to the online application form page of the examination.  

• Candidates need to fill the NEET SS 2024 application form with required details including date of birth, father’s name, nationality, state and address.

• Candidates should mention the Valid Aadhar Card Number, Graduation Details, Pin Code, Telephone No., Postgraduate Details and other personal details after entering all the details.

• Candidates will then have to choose their desired test city.

• Once done, candidates are recommended to go through the filled details to check for any mistake. 

Step 3: Documents Attachment

• There are certain documents that candidates need to attach with their application form. 

• Candidates must prepare these documents beforehand so that it gets easy at the time of application.   

Step 4: NEET SS 2024 Application Form Fee

The NEET SS 2024 application fee for all students is Rs. 4250. Candidates must pay the registration fees with the help of a credit card, Internet banking option, debit card, or UPI transaction mechanism. Aspirants should enter all the information correctly before making the payment of fees. Test-takers must note that the payments cannot be refunded and cannot be carried over if the application is considered rejected by the authorities. 

NEET SS 2024 Application Fee

Candidates who are filling out the application form need to submit the application form. No application will be considered without the application fee.

• Applications of candidates containing inaccurate or fake data will not be accepted and candidates may be further prevented from appearing in future exams.

• NBE disclaims any responsibility that may arise as a result of the candidate's incorrect information during the online application form submission.

• NBE does not modify/ edit/ alter any data entered by the candidates when the application form is submitted online.

NEET SS 2024 Application Form Correction Window

During the process of filling the NEET SS application form 2024, there may be instances where candidates mistakenly provide incorrect details. To facilitate the correction of certain information, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) introduces the NEET SS 2024 application form correction window. This allows aspirants to edit or modify various details as necessary. However, it is important to note that only selected data can be edited. The following details cannot be changed or modified in the NEET SS 2024 Application Form correction window:

• Name of the Aspirant
• Nationality
• Email ID
• Test City

Apart from these specific pieces of information, candidates are permitted to edit any other detail as required.

NEET SS Admit Card 2024

The NEET SS 2024 admit card will be generated after the NEET SS application process is concluded, The admit card is generated for candidates who have successfully submitted their application form. It is released online and can be downloaded from the official website of the National Board of Examinations (NBE). It is important to note that the NEET SS admit card 2024 will be available 3-4 days prior to the NEET SS 2024 exam day. One crucial requirement is to carry the admit card to the examination hall on the test day, as entry without it will not be allowed. The official authorities have the right to request the NEET hall ticket 2024 at any time during the admission process. Candidates must also bring one of the following government ID proofs such as:

• Voter ID
• Ration Card
• Passport, to the exam center along with the admit card.
