The NEET SS 2025 registrations are now over; the exam authority commenced the application form correction process from November 28, 2025. The NEET SS 2025 Application Form was released on November 5, 2025, at 3 PM. The last date to submit the application form was November 25, 2025, until 11:55 PM. The exam will be conducted on December 26-27, 2025. The application form correction window was available from November 28 to November 30, 2025. The final edit window to rectify deficient/ incorrect images, including Photographs, Signatures, and Thumb impressions, will remain accessible from December 12 to December 14, 2025. All the students who have successfully met the list of NEET SS 2025 Eligibility Criteria will be deemed eligible to participate in the NEET SS 2025 Registration. You must first "register" to receive the User ID and Password. After you have registered successfully, you can log in with your User ID and Password. Steps to Fill NEET SS Application Form 2025

The NEET SS 2025 Application Form has to be submitted in online mode only. Several steps are involved during the registration process of NEET SS 2025. At first, students need to visit the official website of NBEMS to start with the NEET SS 2025 application process. After filling out the form, students need to upload the important documents, pay the application fee, and submit the application form of NEET SS 2025. Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the official website of UP NEET SS 2025.

3. Candidates will have to register themselves. 

4. After registration, User ID and Password will be sent through SMS and Email ID. 

Step 2:  Application Form Filling

1. Using the User ID and password sent after registration, candidates will have to log into the website.

2. After logging in, candidates will be redirected to the online application form page of the examination.  

3. Candidates need to fill the NEET SS 2025 application form with required details including date of birth, father’s name, nationality, state and address.

4. Candidates should mention the Valid Aadhar Card Number, Graduation Details, Pin Code, Telephone No., Postgraduate Details and other personal details after entering all the details.

5. Candidates will then have to choose their desired test city.

Photograph

• Candidates need to upload two photos to the NEET SS 2025 Application portal. 

• The image should be real-time, taken webcam or the inbuilt camera of the computer/laptop.

• The photograph must have a white or light-coloured background.

• The full face, eyes, ears, neck, and shoulder of the candidate must be visible.

• In order to click the photo, entrants must click on the “Capture Photo” option provided at the bottom of the NEET SS 2025 application form. 

Photo Scanning Process

• Before scanning, candidates must draw a circle on a white paper of dimensions 35x45 cm.

• Next, applicants need to paste their photograph inside the box.

• Set the scanner resolution to 200 dpi minimum.

• Set the colour of the scanner to “True Tone”

• Place the sheet of paper face down on the surface of the scanner.

• Crop the image as per the border of the image.

• Set the format of the image to “jpg/jgeg”.

Signature

• Candidates must draw a box of dimensions 1.5 cm (height) x 3.5 cm (width).

• Applicants must use either black or a pen for their signature.

• Click the photo of the signature under bright light.

• The resolution of the picture must be within 5 megapixels.

• Avoid using any flash light.

• Applicants must note that there should not be any shadow, scratches, or over writing on the signature.

• Transfer the picture to a computer/laptop.

• Crop the image as per the border lines.

• The size of the image must be between 20kb to 100kb.

Thumb Impression

• In order to upload the thumb impression, candidates must draw a box of 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm (width x height) on white paper.

• Candidates can use only blue or black ink pad for the thumb impression.

• Place the thumb on the ink pad and gently press within the box on the paper.

• Make sure the thumb impression is neither too dark, nor too light.

• Place the paper on the scanning machine.

• Set the dimension to 200dpi and colour to “True Tone”.
