PERA CET 2026: The Preeminent Education and Research Association Common Entrance Test, commonly known as PERA CET, is conducted by the Preeminent Education and Research Association (PERA) to provide admission to various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses in the private universities in Maharashtra. The PERA CET exam is conducted in multiple phases, usually in May, June and August, with different dates for each phase.

Preeminent Education and Research Association releases the PERA CET 2026 Result on the official website at peraindia.in. To check the PERA CET Results 2026, students must provide their login credentials i.e. username (email ID) and password. Students who get shortlisted are eligible to check the PERA CET 2026 merit list and attend the PERA CET 2026 counselling. The PERA CET 2026 Counselling will be conducted based on the slots available and the availability of the seats. The result of PERA CET 2026 will be available in August 2026.

• Students should have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam in a relevant stream from a recognized board or university.
• Students who are currently in Class 12 or awaiting their board exam results are also eligible to apply for PERA CET 2026.

• Students should have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent in a relevant subject from a recognized university.
• Final-year students or those awaiting their final results are also eligible to apply for PERA CET 2026.

How to Apply For PERA CET 2026 Exam?

Step 1 - Log on to the PERA India website at peraindia.in.

Step 2 - Click on the PERA CET 2026 Exam Tab.

Step 3 - Select 'PERA CET 2026 Online Registration'.

Step 4 - Enter the details as asked by the authorities.

Step 5 - Click on the declaration check box and submit the form.

Step 6 - Pay INR 1,500 via internet banking or debit/credit card.

PERA CET Syllabus 2026 is prescribed by the Preeminent Education and Research Association. The syllabus of PERA CET 2026 for different courses is made available on the official website at peraindia.in. The PERA CET 2026 syllabus is different for each course offered by participating institutes. For undergraduate courses, the PERA CET 2026 syllabus is based on the NCERT class 10+2 level syllabus. For PG courses, the syllabus is based on the respective degree-level syllabus. The PERA CET MBA syllabus is the same as the CAT exam syllabus, which includes topics in Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension. Students willing to apply for courses through PERA CET 2026, should check the PERA CET 2026 syllabus to prepare well for the exam. 

The Preeminent Education and Research Association defines the PERA exam pattern 2026 and is made available on their official website at peraindia.in. The exam pattern varies for different courses. According to the PERA CET 2026 exam pattern for UG courses, the question papers for BTech and BPharm consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, each carrying two marks. The duration of the PERA CET 2026 exam is two hours. For BFA/MFA courses, the exam pattern includes a drawing test, aptitude test, and interview. BHM and BEd students will need to take a subject-specific aptitude test and attend an interview. The exam pattern for MTech and MBA courses is based on the GATE 2026 and CAT 2026 exams, respectively.
