The eligibility criteria of TS ICET is prescribed by Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). Before applying for the entrance exam, it is a must for the candidates to check TS ICET eligibility criteria, as only the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply for the entrance exam. TS ICET is conducted in the month of May, in online mode and candidates appearing for the test must go through the detailed eligibility criteria listed below:
Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
There is no age limit for applying to TS ICET.
Candidates applying for the test should be graduates from a recognised university with a course duration of minimum three years.
Candidates should secure at least 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. For reserved category candidates like SC, ST or PWD, candidates must secure 45% marks.
Candidates appearing in the final year examination can also apply and appear for TS ICET.
Candidates with a qualifying Degree by Distance Mode Programme, which is recognised by joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.
The qualifying marks for TS ICET 2018 are 25%. There are no minimum marks prescribed separately for SC/ST candidates.
