The eligibility criteria of TS ICET is prescribed by Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). Before applying for the 2020 TS ICET entrance exam, it is a must for the candidates to check TS ICET eligibility criteria for 2020, as only the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply for the entrance exam. TS ICET is conducted in the month of May, in online mode and candidates appearing for the test must go through the detailed eligibility criteria for TS ICET listed below:
Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
There is no age limit for applying to TS ICET.
Candidates applying for the test should be graduates from a recognised university with a course duration of a minimum of three years.
Candidates should secure at least 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. For reserved category candidates like SC, ST or PWD, candidates must secure 45% marks.
Candidates appearing in the final year examination can also apply and appear for TS ICET.
Candidates with a qualifying Degree by Distance Mode Programme, which is recognised by the joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.
The qualifying marks for TS ICET 2020 is expected to be 25%. There are no minimum marks prescribed separately for SC/ST candidates.
