Dear Student,
You will not be eligible to attend the ICET counselling with a backlog. This applies to both TS ICET and AP ICET.
Students with a backlog are allowed to sit for the exam but they must clear any backlogs before the counselling.
This is because proof of passing in graduation is required in the counselling process.

Please note that TS ICET is a state-level entrance exam and to be eligible for caste-based reservation in the exam, you need to have a Domicile of Telangana State.
