The TS ICET 2025 results have been announced on July 7, 2025, for MBA/ MCA courses, through online mode on the official website at 3:30 PM, in the form of the TS ICET Rank Card. The TS ICET 2025 exam was conducted on June 8 and 9, 2025. Every year, this exam determines whether you are qualified for counselling and further admissions. In the last session, more than 75,000 students appeared for the test, and over 61,000 cleared it by scoring a minimum of 25% marks. Only the qualified ones shall be issued a rank card and can proceed with the counselling process. • TS ICET 2025 result has been released on July 7, 2025, around 3:30 pm, i.e. after the press conference is conducted by MGU Nalgonda. MGU has updated the TS ICET 2025 website with the result link. The list of TS ICET 2025 toppers have also been released by MGU during the press conference.
• The final answer key has also been released along with the results. The results have been made available in the form of a rank card. The ranks have been mentioned on the rank cards only for the candidates qualifying the TS ICET 2025 exam.
• The ICET results will not be released by MGU in an offline mode. You can only check the TSICET 2025 results online on the official website, icet.tgche.ac.in.
• You must visit icet.tgche.ac.in and click on the 'Download Rank Card' link to download your TS ICET result 2025.
• The login credentials to check your results include Registration number, Hall ticket number, and Date of birth.
• 71,757 candidates appeared for the TS ICET 2025 exam, and around 90 per cent of the total test-takers are expected to qualify for the exam. Hence, the total number of candidates qualifying for the exam can be expected to drop below 60,000. In the past three sessions, the TS ICET qualifying percentage was observed to be above 85 per cent. Along with the results, the data related to the exact number of test takers and qualified candidates will also be released.

• If you belong to the General Category, you need to secure the minimum qualifying cutoff of 25 percent, i.e. 50 marks out of 200, to pass the TG ICET exam 2025 and become eligible for the counselling process. If you pass the TG ICET 2025 exam, you will find a rank mentioned on your TG ICET rank card. However, if you miss the qualifying cutoff, you will be marked ineligible from further process and will not find a rank mentioned on your rank card.

• The normalisation process is employed by the Telangana Council of Higher Education to evaluate the performance of all test takers across different shifts on a standardized scale.
• If the scores obtained by two candidates are identical, a tie-breaking criteria will be used in which candidates with a higher normalized score in Section A will be prioritized during the rank allotment process. If the tie is still not removed, candidates with a higher normalised score in Section B will be given priority for ranking, and if the tie persists, a higher rank will be assigned to the older candidate, based on the date of birth recorded in the SSC certificate, by the the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

Calculation of TS ICET Scores 2025

The TS ICET result 2025 is calculated as per the exam pattern prescribed by the regulating body. The exam pattern for the exam can be accessed by the candidates on the official website. This will also help the candidates in better preparation and thus excel in the exam. TS ICET 2025 paper will be segregated into three sections- Analytical Ability, Communication Ability, and Mathematical Ability where each question will carry 1 mark. Marking Scheme of TS ICET 2025

Normalization of Marks

TS ICET 2025 will be conducted across multiple sessions, and as a result, the difficulty level of each session will vary. To ensure fairness, a normalization process will be followed to mitigate the impact of varying difficulty levels on candidates' results. This process aims to put all candidates on an equal footing and reduce score discrepancies. During normalization, marks obtained by candidates in easier sessions will be slightly reduced, while marks of those in more difficult sessions will be increased. This will lead to the normalization of TS ICET Result 2025.

• GASD stands for “Sum of Average and Standard Deviation of all the candidates across all sessions of the Subject put together.”

• GTA stands for “Average mark of the top 0.1% of all the candidates across all sessions of the subject put together.”

• SASD stands for “Sum of Average and Standard Deviation of the subject of a session in which the candidate appeared.”

• STA stands for “Average mark of the top 0.1% of the candidates in the subject of a session in which the candidate appeared.”

Tie-Breaking Policy for TS ICET 2025

A tie-breaking policy for TS ICET is employed if two or more candidates are stranded on the same score.
