After the announcement of the UPES MET 2024 result, the University decides the UPES MET 2024 cutoff for shortlisting the candidates for Group Discussion and Interview. The UPES MET Cutoff 2024 is not officially announced. However, private coaching institutions and some experts can publish it. UPES MET cutoff is the minimum score obtained by the candidates to qualify for the examination. The UPES MET results is declared separately for each session of the exam and is announced on the official website a few days after the exam is conducted.

In order to pursue an MBA from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), candidates can either write UPES MET 2024 or they must have a score of any of the following entrance tests such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT by GMAC/ GMAT. It is mandatory for candidates to meet the UPES MET Cutoff 2024 to be able to get shortlisted for Group Discussions and Personal Interviews. The cutoff is decided based on factors such as the total number of candidates who took the exam and marks of class 10, and 12, graduation, and work experience (if any), etc.

Steps to Check UPES MET 2024 Cutoff

Candidates can follow the below steps to download the cutoff of UPES MET 2024:

• Log on to UPES Official website

• Go to UPES MET 2024 Home page.

• After that, click on the 'Month of Exam'.

• Enter login credentials and Click on the 'Submit 'tab.

• A new page will open with the UPES MET Cutoff list.

• Download Cutof by clicking on the ‘Download’ tab.

• Save and take a print out of it for further admission rounds.

Factors Determining UPES MET Cutoff 2024

Before deciding the UPES MET Cutoff 2024, the University will consider various factors. Some of the following are:

• Total number of candidates appeared in the examination

• Number of seats available for allotment in various courses

• Previous year cutoff trends.

• Exam difficulty level and marking scheme

• Availability of seats

• Total number of questions asked in the exam
