NEET 2022 Question Papers

NEET 2022 Question Papers for all paper codes were released by the NTA on its official website @nta.ac.in. Scroll down to download the NEET 2022 question papers in PDF format along with the solutions. The NEET 2022 exam was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on July 17, and the result was released on September 27, 2022. Unlike 2021, candidates were given an additional 20 minutes to solve the NEET 2022 question paper. The time duration for solving the question paper was increased by 20 minutes. Last year, candidates had to solve NEET 2021 Question Paper in 3 hours. After the change in the NEET exam pattern, the time duration for the entrance exam was extended to 3 hours and 20 minutes.

Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology are four subjects from which questions are asked in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).  Each subject comprises 50 questions, further divided into sections A and B. In Section A, there are 35 questions, while Section B has 15 questions. However, out of the 15 questions in Section B of the NEET 2022 question paper, only 10 need to be answered.

Candidates who are planning to appear in NEET UG 2024 Exam must solve NEET 2022 question paper to understand the exam pattern and difficulty level. NEET 2024 is scheduled for May 5 and NEET UG 2024 Result is likely to be released in the second or third week of June. Steps to Download NEET Question Paper 2022

NEET 2022 exam was conducted in 13 languages. Candidates can download the NEET 2022 question papers PDFs in any language from the NTA’s official website @nta.nic.in. Check out the steps given below:

  • Step 1: Visit the NTA’s Official Website to download the NEETquestion paper. The official website of the National Testing Agency is nta.ac.in.
  • Step 2: Select the dropdown labelled 'Download' from the menu. The download section is present on the right upper corner of NTA's landing page.
  • Step 3: Choose NEET and 2022 from the dropdowns labelled 'Exam Type' and 'Year.' 
  • Step 4: Select the Paper Code or Language from the third dropdown labelled 'Paper’ and click on the submit button.
  • Step 5: Download NEET 2022 Question Paper PDF in the selected language medium. 
  • Step 6: Save the PDF for future reference.

NEET Question Paper 2022 - Difficulty Level

According to student responses and expert evaluations for NEET 2022, Physics emerged as the most challenging section, while Biology was considered the easiest. The Chemistry section was characterized by a difficulty level ranging from easy to moderate. 

Overall, the difficulty level of NEET 2022 exam was moderate. In 2022, the time duration of NEET was increased by 20 minutes, resulting in a total duration of 200 minutes. This helps students in getting ample time to solve difficult problems.

The biology section is divided into 2 parts, Botany and Zoology, each section has 25% and the combined weightage of Biology is higher than Physics and Chemistry. Maximum weightage in NEET 2022 exam has been given to the Biology Section. 

Candidates must also note that if two students score the same in the NEET exam, then the student who scored high in Biology is given preference, as per the tie-breaking criteria for the NEET exam.

No. 256 score is well below the cutoff mark level of the Govt. Thiruvarur Medical College. Students must score at least 600-625 marks to be considered for a seat at this college.
